The process was so easy! We agreed a price and I paid easily on the link sent over. The watch arrived a few days later by Royal Mail (trackable) and it was exactly as described and in lovely condition.

Excellent experience from start to finish.
The team were very easy to deal with, communication was excellent, and everything moved quickly. The part-exchange process was straightforward, with sensible trade prices offered.
The Radlett location is very impressive and has a real buzz about it. The staff are young, knowledgeable, and friendly, and Kaylie and Ben were both excellent.
I spent around two hours there. My trade-ins were examined and valued, I tried the pieces I was interested in, and we agreed a deal. I was able to leave with my new watch on my wrist.
The whole process was efficient, enjoyable, and completely hassle-free. I can’t fault them.
