My husband has been looking for a retirement present to himself for sometime now. He knew he wanted a Rolex and he also knew the one he wanted, as he had thought about this for many years. Upon researching he came across BQ Watches and was instantly impressed with the website, speed of response, friendly, professional and reliability. Initially he corresponded with Spencer and connected with his personality. Nothing was to much trouble. So, yesterday we drove for over 4 hours and after a restful sleep at the Red Lion we attended a meeting with Nadia. We were not disappointed at all! Fantastic service, brilliant staff, great atmosphere, even had our dinner paid for. You cannot get better than that, well yes you can, as Spencer presented my husband with a beautiful bottle of whiskey as Manchester City beat Arsenal! If you know, you know. Amazing team, Customer Service & Inventory
I had a fantastic experience with BQ Watches in Radlett. I initially dealt with Nadia, and then David and Spencer, all of whom were brilliant to deal with. They really took the time to speak with me properly, made the whole process feel relaxed and straightforward, and put together a great deal.
Having dealt with many watch dealers over the years, BQ Watches has been by far the best to deal with.
I part exchanged my Rolex and Tudor Black Bay for a Rolex GMT-Master II and everything was handled professionally and transparently throughout.
A genuinely excellent experience from start to finish. I cannot recommend them enough, and BQ Watches will definitely be my go-to watch dealer from now on.

Exceptional Experience at BQ Watches
My experience with BQ Watches was outstanding, especially thanks to his owner, Spencer Dryer. I visited their offices in Radlett, and what looks unassuming from the outside reveals an incredibly impressive operation inside, combining buying and selling, expert watch authentication, professional photography, and secure vault storage.
The moment I saw their setup, I felt completely reassured about the security of my transaction. Spencer was genuinely personable, and his team highly professional. I would not have purchased a Rolex anywhere else on the secondary market.
For extra peace of mind, I immediately had the watch visually inspected by an independent watchmaker, who confirmed there were absolutely no issues with it.
Flexible on pricing and exceptional in service, this is a place I will gladly return to, even for future servicing. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxury watch, new or pre-owned.
