Excellent service
I have now brought a couple of watches from Ben at BQ Watches and the recent experience has been exceptional again. Ben was, as always very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very very helpful. The watch was as described by Ben.

Rolex Day Date
I purchased a Rolex Day Date which arrived the next day. Unfortunately it wasn’t quite right for me personally so I returned it. BQ couldn’t have been more understanding about it and arranged for its collection at no cost to me and issued a refund immediately. Excellent customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Rolex bracelet resize, received exceptional service from Emma & Justin and now my watch fit perfectly on my wrist, even though it was only a resize of my watch bracelet i felt any other query i might have had would have been dealt with in a very professional manner, for me the service at BQ watches is a 10/10.

First dealings with BQW.
First visit and dealings with BQW.
I was initially quoted a price for my PX, but it was found to have a chip in the glass. This was a genuine floor that is going to need sorting before they can resell so appreciated what was needed.
BQW suggested a reduction of the PX which I have to say was more than reasonable in my view. They would have been happy for me to walk away but in context of the whole deal this was a more than fair compromise.
I spoke to a couple of people on the phone prior to the purchase, all pleasant, and Ben at the HQ was more than easy to deal with. It’s a great setup and a more personal experience with BQW.

Speedy repair, exceptional service
Small issue with a faulty screw in my GMT Master’s clasp, discovered a week after I took delivery. I got in touch to share the issue, the team sent me a prepaid delivery pack, I sent the watch, and the day they received it, I got a call to discuss what they were going to do. The next day, I had the watch back, issue resolved and bracelet balanced. Excellent service, great communication, and I got my watch back rapidly. Thanks for making it so easy.
