My kids have milk intolerance and your delivery took almost two weeks instead of a few days which I added 10 E more to deliver ASAp
I never get any email explaining the delay or that there is an issue or when the delivery is supposed to arrive & on top of that your stupid courier doesn't send it to our house & sends it to distribution place instead claiming no one opened the door which is not true because I stayed all day waiting for the delivery (which was supposed to be between 12-1.30) . You need to take your clients seriously and treat them with professionalism. It was an extremely disappointing experience and I will try to buy in other places as I do not trust your service or care for your clients.

The hat and gloves are truly awsome!! I was afraid it will might be itchy for my little one because its real wool, but NO! It has inside the gloves soft textile for my babies sensitive little hands!! It is so awsome, warm and soft at the same time... Also the hat ive bought its amazing. It is a little thin hat from wool and silk. Although it is thin it is very warm and very very soft! My baby loves it both. Although the size of the hat is a bit bigger thenexpected, it will be good for a few years at least. :)
