Let’s get back to the kiddie table: when you go to a store and buy apples from a shelf you don’t get yourself involved with any troubles that a vender faces to put ‘em there for you. If there’s nothing you want, you simply leave and buy elsewhere or come back a few weeks later, and pay afterwords. When an ordinary reseller faces delays (and every single one does) you just don’t see the apples on the shelves and you don’t buy anything. And to cover these “losses” usually you are charged a price which 10 times exceeds its purchase price.
