Used the BA team for years for pretty much all legal / biz formation needs. They also added a virtual mailbox feature which I took advantage of pretty quick and still use to this day. Easy to use platform, great team -- quick responses from customer service -- and effort beyond the norm by Agnese to get me what I needed in a pinch for a visa process. Highly recommend.

I opened up two new businesses in July that needed to be domiciled in a state that I wasn't a resident. BusinessAnywhere has been so easy to use and their staff has been great. I've never used a virtual notary before and it was super simple. Much better than going to the bank. Paula has also been very helpful in getting everything set up, even helping with documentation I needed to get my bank account opened. I've already recommended them to some of my clients.

This company is absolutely terrible. Let me tell you a story. I checked out on their website for an address of my business. Now when I did it it showed me a different mailing address when I actually applied for a virtual mailbox. It’s a weird STE address. Whatever I’ll chalk that up.

So I emailed them on Friday after I paid. Nothing. Saturday Sunday Monday no good. They’re gonna say Monday was Presidents’ Day, oh yea? Then how come the notary that works for you scheduled us to be on that day? Doesn’t make sense. Finally get an email back today about the missing notary appointment. Now keep in mind my appointment was for Monday 5pm Arizona time. Why wouldn’t your coder make it send the email in the native time of the ip address location?

The appointment for a virtual notary ( which I’m not even sure is legal) was set for Monday. I put it down in my calendar wrong for that. It’s my fault however, I got an email at 7:18 PM or 7:15 PM and it was the notary lady saying that she was waiting for me for five minutes and that she was going to do the 50% refund at that exact moment I screen screenshot of the email and tried to click the link because I didn’t get any other confirmation email about the notary appointment.

Get anytime mailbox over these people. Slow customer support and super snippy in emails. I doubt they’re even at the locations they assign to people

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was the worse experience I’ve had in business with a company. The website does not detail which type of virtual address is needed for different ventures so I purchased a regular address for which I paid $240. I instantly had a terrible gut feeling after making this purchase after I seen the address they provided. Unlike other websites they don’t pre populate the address so you can see that it doesn’t look like a regular address. Once you purchase you’re stuck with the address. The state then rejected the address due to incorrect formatting for a business. I contacted the company all within less than 24 hours of the purchase. My purchase was still pending at the time and could have easily been reversed. Instead that took days to respond, then offered me a replacement product that was $100 less than the one I paid for and denied a refund. They offered me a refund and said I could then purchase the correct item only to ignore my response for a month and then later retract the offer for a refund after I reached back out for a follow up. I’m very disappointed in this disheartening level of customer service and the overall experience. Please do all of your research and reach out for questions (expect days before getting an answer) before you choose services with this company!

Update:
I have email proof that this company ignored my response for nearly a month from December 20th to January 14th and did not respond until AFTER I reached out for an update on January 14th.
As previously stated please make sure you are doing proper research and asking questions to understand what you are about to purchase BEFORE making a purchase.

Didn't want to purchase services. I mistakenly clicked on purchase bc I thought it would give me a screen to check available times. So, in order to see when they are available, you have to pay first. Other services allow you to schedule your appointment and then you will receive the documents upon payment. I think they have it backwards so be careful.
Once I clicked on this and found out that there are no availability that fit my criteria, so I promptly emailed them back requesting a refund. All of this happened within a 2 minutes time frame. I emailed them and explained the situation and they refused to refund. (I emailed twice). I think they have a nice concept, but poor customer service.
I originally gave this business a 1 star rating. It is a new year and the wounds from not receiving a refund have healed. I hope they can make some changes to avoid the experience that I had for future customers.

I liked talking with Bobby about my use case and concerns, he addressed all my questions and the whole process of using their services is straightforward.
