Alec was so very helpful …
Alec was so very helpful when I called to book flights from London to New York. It was a bit late to look for a choice of seats and I needed an aisle seat because of back/spinal problem. But over the course of a few calls Alec first found a flight and then did get me an aisle seat, so that will make the seven-hour flight possible for me. I've never known any person in a call centre to be so engaged with the client's needs. Thanks.

I used Business Fly for the first time.

I was really impressed and Rob managed to find me a Premium Economy flight at the same price other airlines were charging for an economy flight. Sam was outstanding in terms of his service and availability to answer questions. I must have phoned him 10 times. Each time he was patient and clear in his answers. He also found me tickets that were considerably cheaper than I could find elsewhere, Highly recommended.
