Poor communication.. not responded to my requests

10 days after purchasing I have received no charger.

Ordered two weeks ago with no product mailed company to ask, was sent an email saying now shipped. Still awaiting

Tracking number received and a week later it still shows as not being with Royal Mail- no idea when or if my order will turn up

Chinese scammers pretending to be uk company, don’t believe the delivery times, you will wait weeks.
Tried to cancel order but lied to and told already posted, been given a fake Royal Mail tracking number, will be going through PayPal for a refund

Products came from China. Took some time to come to UK. Otherwise no complaints. Work as intended and also got free usb c cable

Very good price. The delivery was quick and I was kept.informed along the way. Best of all I got a free gift of a very useful multi connector.

Very slow delivery and when it arrived the charger was faulty. The return process is hard to impossible to navigate and they ignore the problem or choose not reply to email. It is true what they say, buy cheap buy twice. If there was a need for zero stars, this is it, the service is truly awful after they have your money.
