Fake. Other websites sell it half the price. Shipment took 1 week not 1 day.

Took 2 weeks for delivery, I was bombarded with emails for a review before it had even arrived. I emailed asking them to look into it, received the parcel the very next day, with an express royal mail label on it. Within an hour of it being delivered I had a rude reply to my email to say it had been delivered and I needed to check.

You sent me the wrong charger so I need to send it back. Please advise me how to do this.

I exclaimed..... when I saw the severed cable to the laptop! Star the wee girl golden retriever looked so guilty...
I had no idea how to replace it. Now a few days later here it is and the laptop is now fully charged at last.

Ordered and paid for an Asus charger but didn't get a confirmation email. No reply from an email to sales, but the charger arrived after 4 working days. So good service

Well i had been looking everywhere for a new power cable for my old Windows 98 gaming laptop and I came across Buy A Charger and found the perfect match and it has given life back to my old gaming Laptop. Buy-a-charger are in china, so slow delivery. But if you have a problem, despite all the promises of easy returns etc, forget it. no reply or response. Don't buy from them, it's just not worth it.

It fits right and ok. I even received a small surprised present with my order.

The charger was exactly what I ordered. It was delivered with in the time scales estimated.
It was well packaged and was a tracked order.

It took a few days to arrive but when it did was all nicely packed and looked new. Unfortunately I connected to my Lenovo C54 and nothing turned on even the green light was not on. So got the electrician to test and he confirmed no power coming out the charger.
Now wait response from supplier

The product was great. Perfect for my laptop. The delivery did take a while, which was a little frustrating as my laptop was completely dead. However it came with a lovely note and free charging cable for usb-c, lightening and mini USB which was a lovely surprise!

Charger arrived fast and it perfect condition.
