Great quality product and good delivery…
Great quality product and good delivery service. I bought 2 of the 1200x600x9mm acoustic mats for a project to soundproof a wildlife camera trap. Not your usual building project but the requirement was demanding as nocturnal wildlife has very sensitive hearing. The mats reduced the camera sound by over 50% and have been a stunning success. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for and these are quality materials that work. Thank you!

Paid for fast delivery but didn’t receive item till a week after paying extra to have in 2 days. Then was told I wouldn’t receive a refund on delivery charge and would have to pay delivery to send back.

Have been waiting 3 weeks for a delivery. No-one answers the phone. I've left messages. I've sent emails. I will shortly be initiating a chargeback from my bank for failure to fulfil the order. Would not recommend this company at all.

Soundproofing Useless
Bought some boards claiming to be soundproofing, but they are utterly useless. I measured the noise from the neighbouring property with a decibel meter before and after installation and it was exactly the same. No point trying to get a refund because it’s glued to the wall. I’ll be reporting this to trading standards instead because it’s false advertising.

Why does this company not have a…
Why does this company not have a receptionist for office hours, no one answers the phone or replies to emails.
Ordered 15 sheets of insulation and tape only half the order was delivered. No refund and no reply from email or phone.
Need to order a large amount of this product but have no faith in it arriving

25mm Celotex
I ordered fifteen sheets of 25mm Celotex. 2 weren’t filled properly with foam. I rang the company who said they are normally checked before leaving the warehouse. They apologised and delivered two more early the next day. For a small DIY order, I was very impressed with the response. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
