Very unprofessional company
Very unprofessional company. Took so long to open an account, with dismissive help. The positive was Georgie, who reached out to get me on board. However, many key performance indicators were lacking or not adhered to. It could have been a bad day for them; however, decide carefully. I am a professional crypto trader who falsely believed that the company was indeed far more professional. Choose carefully and wisely to avoid disappointment.

I believed that, I was the only one, that had to initiate a transaction via the website manually. The services C&B provide I did not know about because I did not do any reading myself or have any experience with brokers. Caleb & Brown wont let you down
Caleb & Brown have been my go to exchange for the last couple of years. Customer service is excellent. My broker has been there every time that I needed to make a transaction or discuss my portfolio. On the odd occasion that my broker wasn't available, one of the other staff would be quick to respond to any of my enquiries. Security of my assets has been great with no complaints there. For anyone looking at considering cryptocurrency brokerage I would definitely consider Caleb & Brown

A Definite Must
Having recently moved my crypto to C&B has proven to be a wise decision. Firstly, they take all precautionary measures to ensure you are who you say you are ensuring protection of identity. Secondly, my advisor, Jake, has been patient in helping me through the onboarding process, in navigating the website, and in walking me through the steps f transferring crypto from my cold storage to their platform.
