Having recently moved my crypto to C&B has proven to be a wise decision. Firstly, they take all precautionary measures to ensure you are who you say you are ensuring protection of identity. Secondly, my advisor, Jake, has been patient in helping me through the onboarding process, in navigating the website, and in walking me through the steps f transferring crypto from my cold storage to their platform. I signed up to Caleb and Brown and it was very simple. I received a call from my broker the day after who ran me through how Caleb and Brown worked. I invested my crypto and sent them my sell orders. Each time I emailed I received very prompt replies from my broker Jake and Matthew who was assisting him. Altogether all very simple and seamless from start to finish. Bravo to Caleb and Brown.
