The meals were good, app easy to use. I used them for 3 weeks as I was planning to move out of my house to travel so it would help not having to cook and clean whilst our house was a mess.
It started off well, but then not sure what happened they kept delivering to the wrong house 3 days in a row although I kept telling them. No one gave me a reason why and it didnt seem like they communicated very well internally. For the price I was paying I expected good quality. I also then had lots of bags that were not picked up, I arranged for them to be collected and for days no one did. I'm not sure what happened but they were really not good on the last week and as I originally bought them to make life easier it actually made it harder as we were dealing with moving and now this! I would recommend if they are able to fix their Comms process.
Just updating this - since then they have reached out to me and we were able compensate me for the bad experience. And overall, it was really good meals so I would rec.

I started my diet 3 weeks ago and can see a huge improvement in my body. I am on 2000 cal high protein diet. Food comes super fresh, well packed and very tasty. I’ve heven’t had a 4* meal yet :) all 5*.

I honestly wish we could keep ordering from Calo (the food is great, everyone in the team loves it) but the logistics are a complete disaster.
We usually order twice a week for lunch catering, and I’d say at least half the time the order either doesn’t arrive at all or shows up hours late… sometimes in the evening when it was meant for lunch that day. It completely defeats the point of using Calo for office catering.
At this stage, every order feels like a gamble. I find myself chasing the support team with every single order just to confirm whether our food will even show up, and half the time it’s “sorry, no order on our side.” There’s zero consistency or explanation as to why.
And when it does fail, I then have to go chase for refunds too (we spend around £100/order). It shouldn’t be on me to follow up for money back when they simply didn’t deliver.
I’ve given Calo so many "2nd" chances, sent feedback, been patient and every time I was assured things were fixed. But after the 10th time of being let down, I just have to give up and move on. It’s a shame, because we were ready to order for the entire team almost daily, but Calo just can’t seem to get the basics right.

Still dealing with ongoing issues despite them replying here that they are working on it. I have communicated at least 6 times now that I received an email for a price increase to £84, meanwhile they keep charging me £86. If you make an error in communicating the correct price increase you cant just deduct more from someone's account without consent. Terrible app.

They keep missing delivery windows-- it was supposed to arrive by 10:30pm today and it is currently 1AM. Customer service is incompetent and unresponsive.

If you change your meal size from L to M, price per week doesn't change...not worth the money for those who prefer smaller meal quantities but more meals per day. I also tried adjusting the calories per day so many time, and it brings me bavk to the original range every time.
Before it was amazing with Fresh Fitness Food, now Calo with the new app and the new service it's even better.
You guys are killing it, please don't stop as long as I live in London or get married I will need you
Calo is insane- if you want to know you are eating healthily, whilst feeling like you have a private chef hand delivering meals to your door every day, you have to try it. Getting the meals fresh to your door every day is game-changing- saves so much fridge space and makes sure everything tastes amazing. Love that the menu changes every week, keeps things fresh and you look forward to seeing what's coming. I even found it's great for meal inspiration moving forward- I've tried things I would never normally cook and loved them. Couldn't recommend more.
Unfortunately, I gave this app many chances and they did something that is just unforgettable which is they made me a meal with something I'm allergic to. I told them for weeks and days that I'm allergic to peas and I don't know what happened but I saw peas in my meal so that's it for me. I will never subscribe to this app again.

I have been using Calo for a month or so now and it’s been great. The meals have lots of variation and I like that you can choose what you want from the menu. I have it a few days week and I either take it to work for lunch or have for dinner, saves so much time when I get home from work and actually makes me eat something healthy! Easy delivery to outside of my house too. Would definitely recommend.

Using Calo has been a game changer. The food is delicious, and always tastes great, hitting the spot every time. Whilst taking away any of the stress of tracking my calories and macros- it’s literally done for you by a team of nutritionists. Then having it delivered to your door is beyond convenient!

Only tried one meal. Food was to be delivered between 6 and 10:30pm but was instead delivered around 1-3am. The delivery driver rang the bell at 3am and woke up the entire family. Was a nightmare getting this sorted. Calo never explained why they weren’t able to deliver during the daytime.

I ordered a steak from them but unfortunately it was very tough and chewy, making it unpleasant to eat. I contacted customer support, shared pictures, and explained the issue. The team responded politely and mentioned they would share my feedback with their kitchen to improve next time. However, they did not provide a refund, which I feel would have been the fair resolution.
Overall, I appreciate the polite response, but I was left disappointed with the lack of proper compensation.
