More positive experience than expected!
The very nice, calm and competent older employee who handed over the vehicle to us was great!
The vehicle was in very good condition with around 40,000 km. Everything worked well and without any problems. I would only book with CanaDream again!

Great Experience with Canadream
RV was super new and awesome condition. We enjoyed a lot on our first ever RV trip. All the customer support staff was very helpful. We'd love to rent rv again in future.

Fully satisfying communication and support
Transparent and reliable communication before and during the trip, prompt support for technical problems on the road. We actually never felt left alone. The slightly extended waiting time when returning the RV was clearly due to the bad weather. (By the way: The partnership between CanaDream and KOA was unknown on one campsite [Bas-Saint-Laurent], while the discount was granted on another [Québec] without hesitation.)

Great VR experience for your vacations
The overall experience was great, the online booking was easy, the video tutorials well designed and clear, the pickup and drop off were easy. I even contacted the support once during the trip and got all the help I needed.
I removed two stars because I was advised to take 2 additional Kilometre Packages, and I didn't actually need both of them. So I eventually paid between 200$ and 300$ for nothing, which was pretty upsetting, and they don't refund. I felt kind of trapped when I finished my holidays.

Our Guest Service crew is happy to make recommendations but ultimately it is the Guest who needs to decide how many kilometres they will need. The Motorhome with slide out was extremely comfortable and easy to drive. The check in and check out were fast and easy. All the explanations with videos were so helpful. The crew in Montreal very friendly. Our Travel was perfect thank you Canadream !!

Great!
We booked from overseas, the whole process was transparent and smooth. Staff at Montreal office were very friendly, the RV was just great, very comptable.
Maybe one improvement area : the coffe machine and few other kitchen tools could have been of better quality.
Else it was perfect.
