I've only recently discovered Card Team and wasn't sure how they'd be. I had two orders waiting for stock and Kevin offered to mix them up so that the in-stock item in one of them could be shipped in time for Xmas. Fantastic service from a customer orientated business.

Cheaper than rivals, despite not including the VAT until checkout which was a disappointment but still slightly cheaper. Delivery was free and came within two days of ordering, still waiting for all my other orders from other companies. So well done. Can't comment on the product as its a christmas gift.

I always look forward to my next purchase great delivery times had a 1st class delivery next day and that was last week which was close to the point were it normally takes longer but to get next day is good but they dispatch almost instantly which can affect delivery time but cardteam is my favourite sorce for my future card buddyfight

I ordered an item and although out of stock I was informed quickly and offered an alternative item. I did not require the alternative option so decided to wait for further stock. This did not take long and once despatched it arrived quickly. Pleased that I was kept informed and any queries were responded to quickly.

Had an issue of an item not being in stock - was emailed same day with the option to either swap or have a refund. Went for the swap and was very happy how they handle it.

Apologiesd about the issue and quickly got it sorted out as soon as possible.
