I had a very smooth ride with my purchase at car next. I bought my first family car with CarNext back in March before lockdown. It was a Citroen C4 with very high spec. I spotted the car online and rang and spoke to one of the Sales team straight away. They were able to bring the car to the showroom for me from their off site storage facility within a couple of days. As soon as it came in I was contacted and went to go and see it. I feel in love and so discussed part exchanging my current car which helped me with my purchase. After going through the sales process with my sales executive, Machile who was very helpful, I was passed to the financial advisor, Anthony who very clearly talked me through my hire purchase finance (I’m not good with numbers and he made it easy to understand!).

After completing the purchase I was able to drive my car home the same day and I smiled all the way home!

I’ve not had any issues since bringing my car home and I am still very happy with my purchase.

I recently bought my car on line (which was something I said I would never do btw) through carnext. These guys are great. I spoke with a call center with an initial query but then spoke to Rob, who arranged everything for me, even delivery to my house . I thought helpful companies were a thing of the past . Recently brought a car was very helpful in helping me make the right choice. Very happy with my purchase, thank you to Dominika for all your help! Would definitely recommend.

The purchase process was easy enough, and they responded promptly and professionally to emails answering my questions before purchasing.

The delivery worked as planned, the handover was a bit rushed and distanced due to COVID-19. A couple of dents weren't pointed out to me, and I never saw what the agent recorded in terms of condition due to the distancing.

The prompt and courteous email replies dried up after delivery. They gave the wrong address to the DVLA so I still don't have a V5, and despite asking repeatedly have provided no details whatsoever about the warranty.

It's like they block your email address upon delivery, every message has gone ignored.

Quite a shame really. It wouldn't take much to make CarNext a real game changer. But as it stands I doubt I'll use them again.

Needed a car, they were local and easy to find and bought one on finance. Really nice range of wheels as they are handpicked I think.

Fantastic service recieved from Antony Fragola last week when I bought my new golf. Honest, knowledgeable and very curtious to my individual needs.
Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a new car with specific specifications.

I recently bought a Mercedes through carnext, and I have to say that I was initially a little sceptical about the whole concept of buying a vehicle that I had not seen... I received a call from a well spoken chap called Rob who seemed to really know his stuff, and in all fairness could not have been more helpful. Well, I bought the motor, and all seems as good as gold .... I was glad of the amount of time that I could effectively test the car and still bring it back if there was a problem...... it seems that the Motor Industry has come a long way since honest John's Motors lol
