I arranged a viewing of a vehicle in Bradford, When I got there the vehicle had damage that was not highlighted in the images prior to viewing it, The manager said it is strictly sold as seen, before i made my mind up to take the vehicle or not I asked the salesman to confirm they would honour the value I was offered online , he said no we never offer the price you get online as it is AI. without even looking at my car he said it would probably be about £1500 less than i had been quoted, safe to say I walked away and bought somewhere else. I would say don't bother using Carsa if you want to trade your current vehicle in

I came to view a vehicle and ended up leaving with one. The service provided by both Kealan and Karan was phenomenal, I was able to make my own choice without any interference and nothing was too much trouble. Their customer service skills were excellent.

I came into Carsa knowing what I wanted, just needed to check the car itself. The man who greeted me was so helpful. He was called Josh Hotson. From the moment he greeted me, everything was extremely smooth; he had me up and running for a test drive quickly and once I was happy with the car, he helped me complete the purchase quickly. He was able to answer my long list of questions well and when he didn’t know an answer, he would find out; which I appreciated. It was very busy and he was dealing with other customers but I appreciated the communication so I knew what was happening and when. He went above and beyond to help me get my dream car. Thank you!

So if it be zero stars that would be good. Have a look at my three previous reviews. Every review carsa give an AI response how sorry they are and they ask for further details so they can respond to me. Three times I’ve given the same info and not one phone call.
Charlie has responded to my son once but since then nothing, no phone calls and no emails! Don’t be like Charlie

A month ago when I bought car, I asked for battery report and still waiting.
Also trying to contact with shop (Carsa Durham) but after pressing buttons nobody picked up phone to have chat.
