an amazing experience

Had an amazing experience this evening at Carsa, we reserved a car online to test drive, from the moment we walked in to the moment we signed on the dotted line, Kaelan and Kay were really helpful and informative. Now we are the proud owners of a new Qashqai. Happy days! Thanks again guys!

Very smooth process

Very smooth process, really appreciated the WhatsApp messaging service. Callum dealt with us and was a star, very professional young chap. Nice car and all info available, very transparent process and not pushy. Would recommend!

Poor service from Gloucester site team…

Poor service from Gloucester site team - all young and showed no real interest! Car had a red warning light on the dash - no interest. MOT advisory - could not tell me if it had been looked at or sorted plus no additional service info on the car. When your planning to spend £24K on a car you would expect them to pay attention to details. Had to chase to get me refund back for the test drive reservation. You pay your money and take your choice but I will not be using CARSA again.....

Waste of time

I arranged a viewing of a vehicle in Bradford, When I got there the vehicle had damage that was not highlighted in the images prior to viewing it, The manager said it is strictly sold as seen, before i made my mind up to take the vehicle or not I asked the salesman to confirm they would honour the value I was offered online , he said no we never offer the price you get online as it is AI. without even looking at my car he said it would probably be about £1500 less than i had been quoted, safe to say I walked away and bought somewhere else. I would say don't bother using Carsa if you want to trade your current vehicle in

I came to view a vehicle and ended up…

I came to view a vehicle and ended up leaving with one. The service provided by both Kealan and Karan was phenomenal, I was able to make my own choice without any interference and nothing was too much trouble. Their customer service skills were excellent.
