Money was withdrawn without authorization and CashApp wouldn't do ANYTHING to help. Poof. $800 gone even though they say their cards are FDIC insured. It's not a safe place. Filed with CFPB and they said that CashApp's rulings are final, so they can't do anything to help. They won't even tell us who received the money so we can pursue it on our own.

You can get scammed easily and with no help or support from the cash app assistance. Of course.None of their support will help you, but will help the scammers.You will not see any of your money.Reimbursed, it is a complete fraud and waste of time to use cash app

These are scammers. I bought a prepaidcard for Visa and these bastards linked to me and opened an account frauding me thinking I was supplying my credit card not opening an account with them. Crooks.

They offer little support or no solutions to any issues had money stolen from an account and told me everything happened as it should my money was stolen from account

Terrible experience with this consumer, my account got hacked on April 6, 2026, still fighting the legal battle. Someone took out a loan for $800 in my account, Cash app refuses to give me any information or even tell me where the Loan originated from. Your account WILL, get hacked and when it does, you will have an extremely hard time getting any information. They cop out to they cannot give information to you over the phone or in the chat. Only Email. Furthermore, I’ve been on the phone over 50 times since April, with no resolve.

I purchased a 2 day stay at Days Inn and paid with my cash app card the room was terrible was i just stayed the one day which Days Inn wouldn't refund for the one day I put in dispute with cash app then they denied my case telling me I received my service. Their very unprofessional don't do thorough investigations hey jus go with whatever the all the party tells them.

I contacted Cash App customer support twice regarding fraudulent activity on my account. Unfortunately, the support team appeared to be outsourced, and communication was very difficult. Even after I successfully verified my identity, the representative was unable to understand my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. It was a frustrating experience, especially when dealing with something as serious as fraud. I expected better customer service and more effective support for account security concerns.

I have a small business and I pay my staff through cashapp. They closed my acc claiming it was from gambling. No one not even the managers can show me evidence of gambling being done. I keep hitting a wall trying to argue my case. The only solution I rec'd is Sorry it's final with no proof.

Fact is that I had an account with you guys and you guys closed it because of some fraud or something like that I have never fraud anybody I have never scammed anybody and for you guys are not allowing me to make up a new account is absurd and you guys need to be shut down immediately I will be sending this to a lawyer because this is not right

Deactivated my account without any reasons given despite me submitting an appeal and asking for a simple explanation. Useless service and waste of time and money.

I am completely done with Cash App. They heavily promote their "Green Status" overdraft protection, claiming that if you deposit over $300 a month, you qualify for up to a $200 (and even up to a $500) overdraft safety net.
​I have been a loyal customer for months, if not years, and I actively run over $1,500 in direct deposits into my accounts every single month. I completely fulfill my end of the bargain, yet their automated system refuses to unlock the actual perks they use to lure people in. Offering a loyal customer with thousands in monthly deposits a measly $10 or $25 limit while flashing $200+ in your advertisements is deceptive, false advertising. Why promote features you won't actually let your customers use?
​The only reason I stayed was for the early direct deposit, but traditional banks have officially caught up. I am moving my direct deposits to a real bank that offers early paydays AND a reliable, guaranteed safety net without the algorithm games. If you are using Cash App hoping for the financial safety net they promise in their ads, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Easy to use & I love the benefits

They stole $150 from my granddaughter. Won't give it to her won't let her transfer it it's just stuck in limbo and they refuse to help you can't talk to anybody but AI do not use this service they will steal your money eventually it took about 6 months but they finally ended up stealing her money now she's got no money in there. Stay away from this app.!

Cash App is great I love paying with Cash App it helps giving me an advance when I need it and easy to use

So, I have been using Cash App for a while now but just recently did I start having my paycheck deposited in there? I get paid once a month from disability. I asked them ahead of time. Is it trustworthy? Can I count on you guys not to make mistakes and if you do make mistakes will you fix them and of course I got yes yes and yes that they’re loyal to their customers and those other stuff. Well, I also told them that I have a lump sum coming in like August or September of a very large amount six digits at least and to my Surprise. They were all happy about that. Yes you can do it. It doesn’t have there is no real limit to what you can deposit and they sent you the thing and I got excited about it and I thought finally a place that’s going back up what they say well two times now I have blocked DoorDash on my Cash app I unlock it and I unlock I unblocked Dash DoorDash when I’m ordering and the last two times that I have ordered from DoorDash and used my Cash app card to pay for it. There has been a problem to wear. Cash App took my account negative. Well this last time I had $17 balance on there plus I had $25 overdraft that I could use my my purchase was $22.48 somehow cash app decided to use up all my overdraft protection plus my $17 plus put me $36 in the hole then when I ask them to explain this, the other person, the guy was ignorant to me and when I told him he was wrong, he says well pardon me, and then he says he investigated it and gave me the best possible resolution, which was to do nothing. I have proof that that is not what it was to be I have proved that there’s nothing on there that would take me $60 at total. I have proof like nothing on my activity even shows it it shows the $22 Cash App charge. I mean DoorDash charge plus it chose an extra two extra 499 charges when the 499 was included in the $22 because part of that was a tip and they are just raking the money in stealing from their customers. They don’t wanna give you an honest review investigation or whatever and then I asked today to give me the legal department and basically got told to go shove it so I will be filing charges against Cash App in the morning. I have a lawyer and I let the oh my gosh I’m sorry I’m very upset but I let the lawyer know my lawyer know that I wanna press charges against Cash App so if anybody else out there has the same type of problem, get my name off of here and or hit me up on here and I will contact you because I got a funny feeling it’s gonna be another class action lawsuit against them.

After having an account for 5+ years I suddenly got a message saying my account was deactivated for violating their terms and conditions. I did not use the account for any activity that I normally have been using it for the past 5 years. Now I have deleted my account and hopefully removed my information from their servers.

Cashapp suspended my acct for no reason of my own but for incompetence and lack of communication on their part. I strongly wouldn't recommend people to use cashapp. It is not a safe or secure platform. They will jam you up with your money.

Very disappointed in Cash App. Having used them for several years, I had a payment not show up to the recipient. Help Desk was not helpful, my money is gone, & the seller didn’t receive it. They seemed unconcerned, which further aggravated me.
