I have been a loyal customer
I have been a loyal customer for a few years now and I've never had a problem with getting a loan after I paid off a previous loan. I called customer service 4 times and I kept getting the run around and when I asked to speak to a supervisor they put me on a short hold and then came back and told me no one is available and someone will call me back. But I dont understand why I cant apply for a new loan when I've paid off my previous loan
