A friend had previously tried and been successful arranging a loan through this loan service. I knew I had a bad credit rating, I tried them and it worked for me with a fairly quick payout.

Absolutely disgraceful, the took £79 for doing nothing, I emailed them stright away to get them to cancel, which they replied back to say they did but then still took out money, they prey on vulnerable people, STAY AWAY

I applied for a loan and then cancelled. I would say thank you to them for giving me a refund.

Absolutely disgrace of a company, small print at bottom of page provides no info that they charge admin fee but does say "no obligation" and yet I am charged 79 pound for something I didn't take... joke of a company, praying for some karma and an office explosion

I have used Castle Finance twice now and have been successful. My last loan paid out with one of their lenders last month. Very helpful in many ways.

If I could give no stars that wouldn’t even cut how this company are! Absolute scum! What kind of company has no numbers to contact and do not reply to emails! These companies need closing down! I will be reporting this company to trading standards! Avoid at all costs! **UPDATE** still heard nothing still £79 out of pocket!

No messing about. Got a quick loan. Paid out within a short period.

Took £79 from my account, they did email me back after 6 months asking for details of a refund. Still no refund, absolute disgrace.

Average loan rates and fast customer service. Loan paid OK.

Reading what every1 has put they have done exactly the same thing to me took 79 pound from my account and I have never even used them I emailed them about 10 days ago still heard nothing any1 have any advice on how we can get are 79 pound back ?

I found them on Google. Got the job done OK. Found me a loan in no time at all.

Please everyone do no use these scanners unless you want to be £79 lighter in your account they scammed me £79 iv emailed over 15times no answer and no answer when I called. This makes me sick.

This company is an absolute scam.
Avoid at all cost. I have reported to trading standards and financial ombudsman.
They took £79 for absolutely nothing. Didn't use them for a loan and they took the money regardless. SCAMMERS

Nice one. I recently applied to this companies and was exposed to a good selection of loan offer. I had an average credit credit rating, not perfect but they were able to help me.
