Very misleading, proceed with caution

Extremely poor user interface, especially for those vulnerable to technology. Only states they are not a direct lender at the end in small print, then hit with a £79 fee out of nowhere. I live with 2 law graduates and I am a computer science grad myself. Poor (nearly impossible to reach) customer service, avoid at all costs.

Do not trust!!!!

Do not trust!!!!

All they will do is charge £79.00 for nothing. You get filled with hope that you have been accepted for a loan and then get hit with the £79.00 charge, and no loan.

Avoid avoid avoid

Avoid avoid avoid

Unfortunately I was hit with an unexpected bill, I needed 200 pound fast. For them even to put you in touch with a lender they charge £79.00

Its the most idiotic thing, if you're looking for a short term loan, you don't have £79.00 to blow on a waste of space Credit Brooker.

There are plenty of companies out there who offer this brokerage service free of charge.

You get NOTHING for your £79.00

Go somewhere else.

Vile pigs

Vile pigs! Took every last penny then tried robbing me again this morning! I hope people take my advice and don’t use them when you’re in a vulnerable situation worrying about money they prey on you! Luckily I don’t have children and I’m not elderly but can imagine the damage it’d cause if that was the case.
No shame! Horrible vulgar pigs

I obviously got the wrong castle finance company. May bad for not reading properly but I did t think they would take 79 out if I didn't get the loan. I was looking for mo ey because I had no money to last. So they take 79 and now am even more screwed. Plus 79 for a computer search. They did nothing.

I was running around not knowing where to turn as I needed a loan very badly. I found castle finance online and gave them a try. They found me a lender ok in a short period. Thanks to them.

Castle Loans

A £4000 loan paid out his week. The rates were just about OK. I made a truthful application and everything ended OK.
