This company will charge you £79 whether they decided to provide you with a service or not. They do not have a working phone number and do not respond to emails. It is clearly a scam however you cannot get your money back through the bank as technically they have told you there’s a £79 admin fee, they just don’t tell you they take it immediately and will not refund even if they decide not to take your application further.

A better service than I thought it would be. The application process was straightforward and payout time was ok.

I tried to get a loan never realised the had an administration charge of £79 so tried to cancel everything cannot contact them total scam do not use other lending brokers out there this is a free service don’t get conned by this lot they will take your £ 79 and will do nothing for it you cannot cancel as no phone number you have a cooling off period to change your mind if you do cannot contact anyone to cancel. Total scam contacted bank to make sure they cannot take payment cancelled my cards want this stopped but when emailed stating wrong address

Bunch of thieves who will steal your money from your account. Do not enter any bank details with these people you will regret it.

They took £79 from my account no loan was offered and they have refused to send back the money taken from my account.

This company did what I expected and found me a loan. I had used them once before with success so I knew what to expect. 3 stars are my rating.

My bank account without permission and whenever I email them to sort this issue out all I get is a reply saying this information will be past to the correct department, they don’t have a landline number to call everything is through email I have been trying to get my refund which was promised now for over 2 Months!

Don’t even deserve 1 star. Tell you you’ve been accepted for a loan, take £79 out of your account for a processing fee and then refuse to give you the loan!! Now financially worse off than I was before I needed the loan. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Still waiting on my refund almost a year after requesting it. Company didn't help find a loan for me. The £79 admin fee is a big con.
