P.s I have no idea what the person who reviewed just before me is talking about. Surely they cannot possibly be talking about the same Chapter Two company that I have been dealing with for a while now. Please get your facts straight before you write a review!!!

Terrible experience with this company.
First of all the person who was dealing with our enquiry was very arrogant ...would not give us any details about the finance company they wanted us to use. Made false promises about what they do with regards to remortgages for debt consolidation . Any time we sent messages with any questions about our situation he would take forever to get back in touch...and when he did get back in touch he would totally disregard any questions we had and would tell us information we had not asked.....he was very evasive. He also wanted us to sign an agreement before we had even read anything the finance company offer. When questioned about this he became quite angry in his email to us. We where very suspicious in the end didnt trust them enough to use them.

After seeking support from a range of other debt companies, ChapterTwo provided the best solution for my particular issues and kept me informed of all important movements. Would reccommend to all!
