Applied when the scheme opened and the £150 was in my account within a few weeks. Easy to apply. Takes a little bit of stress away during winter. Living in Scotland in a static caravan during winter is not the best - especially when worrying about whether to heat or eat. Thank you.

I have been lucky enough to receive Winter Fuel Payments and energy saving devices ( ie. Microwave/Airfryer combo) from Charis over a few years now. Firstly I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU for those, all very much appreciated. Also may I commend you on your excellent administration. I checked my bank account ( as usual) on Monday and saw this credit, today I received notification that it would be "credited to my bank account " That's what I call excellent administration!!!
