Thank you so much the £150 pounds will make such a difference that is 2 gas cylinders coming into winter, since I applied I have got cancer and feel the cold a lot, but thanks to you I will be warm and toastie.

Having made an initial application 2 winters ago this now comes into my email automatically, making the whole process seamless. The money arrived in my bank account 2 days ago, a full 24 hrs before the confirmation email that is been successful! I am so grateful 🙏 thank you

The fact that we can get a payment from…CHARISS
The fact that we can get a payment from your selves to help with our winter bill is such a great help. It helps to stop the worry of being able to pay bills. Also the bundle we received last year was fantatic.

Spoke to a lovely lady who guided me through the process, with great knowledge, patience and understanding. Everything was explained in plain English to me, no jargon, approximate time lines were given (and adhered to), and was at all times polite and lovely.
