AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.
100% bait-and-switch company will take your money, then call you and tell you the seats are unavailable. Still, they can upgrade you for REDICULOUSLY higher amounts, and if you pay that, it's a rinse-and-repeat cycle. It took me a total of 4 hours calling them over 3 days, demanding to speak to managers, only to be told they won't release my refund for 6 days. I finally spoke to "dean," clearly an anglicized name, who assisted slightly. Finally, tickets were received and confirmed with retrospective airlines, but my group had to be split up on 2 separate red-eye flights.
EDIT TO ADD: cheapflyshop reqested I delete this review and when i refused they changed details on my booking such as my gender and my email address so I didn't recieve gatechange information and nearly missed my flight. i have reqested 30% refund and will update as this progresses through the right channels.

Attempted a change in flights given the recent Gulf
War to Sri Lanka. Our initial booking was done before the Gulf War . Following this event we decided to wait at least until next year until hopefully the situation stabilized. Also that we are both eighty years old and did not want to deal with disruptions and change of flight plans However the change of dates meant we were going to be charged the equivalent initial cost initially paid. We We were not in a position to pay an additional charge equivalent to the cost of the original fares (we are both pensioners of eighty years old ) and are not that financial to pay the extra cost. (which appears excessive). And given that the circumstances for wanting the change are beyond our control given the Gulf War.
We understand that currently Paul Burke and the Customer Support Service are attempting to assist us given our particular ciurcumstances. My wife and I are therefore hopefully awaiting a more positive outcome.
Following the eforts of Paul Blake a more amenable outcome was indeed reached. Although the tickets were non-refundable a partial reimbursement was provided by Paul along with a coupe of future travel vouchers. As such it was the best outcome under the circumstances. Again thanking Paul Blake and his team.

I give them zero star if there is option. Customer service is totally disgusting and disappointing. They even agreed that their website information is incorrect. I bought the flights with baggage both ways even the confirmation page showed the baggage but the confirmation in the email had no baggage on one side. I called them straight away and the person on the call said we received the payment but I can’t help to check the baggage and the team member will call the next day. I got call but they refused to confirm the same tickets which i paid for. They didn’t issue the ticket but took the payment. They refused to refund as well. They asked to pay $900 extra for the one side baggage. Their website is fake and they are ripping people off. Please don’t buy tickets from them or you will loose your hard earned money.

Anna did the change of dates and I am now confirmed for a July flight instead of 31/3!
Sadly to another fee, but such is life and it would probably have cost more to cancel and start new.
