Fair quote quick renewal service with Daniel

Fair quote, tried to renew via the email received but the quote would not load on my phone. Tried logging into the desktop website and same issue. I used the chat option and got speaking with Daniel who sorted the renewal easily for me within a couple of minutes of starting the chat with him. Great and easy renewal service. Thanks for your help Daniel.

Long term customer

Ive been with chill for the past 10 years. Always great service. Have just renewed for this year with customer agent Daniel. Who was extremely helpful and even gave an extra discount. Recommend, thanks again chill!

Poor Customer Service

Car insurance claim submitted first week of January and still no closure of real updates given as of the first week of march... constantly chasing for updates with responses taking over a week from their customer service team and questions asked in January still not being answered.....

tried many times to renew motor…


I tried many times to renew motor insurance but Chill would not accept correct drivers licence number of one added driver. Having uploaded photos front and back it still rejected them.
I pay almost €850 pa to Chill and also have house insured with Chill for many years. I am fed up with this,

Am in Australia and due to current…

I have added ONE flight on the app.
Am in Australia and due to current ones
starting a war looks like I am stuck to get home. Have travel insurance with chill but now all of sudden it won't let me add flights on the app even though on the email and app page it says you can enter Two hrs before flight. They have blocked me adding. I contacted customer service to be told I should have added all flights at once. This is totally inaccurate and have contacted department of consumer affairs.

The real time flight delay is a benefit we give you when purchasing the Platinum level (which I have) of cover .It is a benefit for three trips with four flights per trip and once these 3 limits have been reached you can not use it anymore. This will not affect your current policy.
The flight need to be registered at least 3 hour before the flight is due to depart otherwise it will not be valid.
If you have not exceeded this limit please contact our office so that we can add these flights.

Unfortunately all of your flights for one trip must be added together before the start of your trip. As your trip has already begun we would not be able to add these flights for you.
