I to have been ripped off by chill gem order two jackets months ago still ain’t received em sent loads off emails no ones getting back to me gutted

Hi my name is humberto Garcia I haven't reciev my orden spray glue the I ordered over 30 days.

Shocking company. I never received my item. They sent me something useless so that they could track the order. PayPal sided with them so lost out on my money.
Their customer service are so rude making me out to be a liar.
Do not use this company

Large beanbag ordered 25th April 2020 for £54.99 never received!
PayPal closed down my dispute without even telling me
Can’t get money back from my bank as I can’t prove delivery date as I have no proof of delivery so it’s after 120 days
I’ve also reported them to Facebook as why aren’t they vetting companies selling on there?!
I’ve approached Trading Standards as recommended by Citizens Advice Bureau
Hopefully others will also do this who have had money stolen from them by Chilly Home/ Pretty Pilur
I’m already thinking I won’t get my money back

Scam company. Sent a worthless item with tracked post and then offer a full refund only if you return the item to them with tracked post at your own cost (which is more than the value of the item) Paypal absolutely no help and enabling this fraudulent activity. Have lodged a chargeback with my bank and hoping for a different outcome but feeling helpless to do anything productive about reporting this fraud to anyone. The company I was dealing with was Pretty Pilus which is another company these same scam artists trade under.

Terrible company. I ordered large bean bag and eventually received a small cushion insert after months of emails. Contacted them and as requested sent it back expecting full refund plus postage and once again received nothing. Ignoring emails and PayPal have not helped at all. Opened query keep telling me it’s ongoing but they’re not helping me one bit. Avoid prettypilus total SCAM

Pretty Pilus - Scam company do not use. I ordered 2 chairs via Instagram, received 2 cheap hammocks. PayPal were hopeless I’m afraid and are simply supporting illegal activity. Also trading as Chilly Home

I am also a victim of this scam company! I ordered ceramic curling tongs but received a black plastic credit card holder instead! Seller said he would refund but didnt. PayPal were useless - so much for payment protection from them.

also trade as pretty pilus, absolute scam, I like others ordered two sea skateboards to be sent two very cheap childs rubber rings - they removed the advert so that there was no evidence that i didn't buy two rubber rings. luckily i had original emails and description saved - had to send the item back to china at a greater cost than the items themselves. complained to paypal who were a little useless, in the end i got a refund, but it's taught me a lesson, I also won't be using paypal for larger transactions now as you have no protection - just go straight to credit card company.

Ordered a sea scare board and they are saying I've received it and pay pal refuse to refund as they say I have received this absolutely discusted

Won’t give them a star at all as they sent me 2 small parcels with a little metal tin in one and 2 in the other even though I had ordered 3 blankets 2 in one ordere 1 in the other so I am assuming the parcels they sent me are just so they can say they sent me parcels . Unfortunately I did not keep the envelopes as I did not realise they were supposed to be my orders from them . Very angry as they cost me hard earned money about $66 Don’t buy from Pretty Pilus they are a sham

Scammers! Ordered a work bench for $95, they sent me a cheap credit card holder? This is so they have proof of delivery, even though it’s not the correct item, emailed them constantly and they kept saying that we needed to locate the item as it had been delivered! When I emailed and told them that they were in fact scamming people, with screenshots of a google search showing I was just one of hundreds of people that had fallen for this scam, they offered me a 30% refund, and if I returned the cheap credit card holder at my cost they would then refund the remainder! Luckily I paid using PayPal and have raised a dispute to get my money back, which I told them, they have since offered me 35%, 40% and finally 45%, all of which I have refused! Just hoping that PayPal refund me in full

I think they are trading as prettypilus.com now - I purchased a mini printer and they sent me a plastic water pistol - this company is a set up for a scam. I paid via paypal so I have opened a dispute case and they offered me a partial refund, so they are still in business, but I have declined as I want a full refund.

NO STARS!! Paid £54.99 for a bean bag chair in April for my sons birthday in May and it has never come!! Now I have seen all these other bad reviews I would not have purchased anything from them. DONT BUY FROM THEM! You will be ripped off like I have been. Tried to contact them via Facebook (where the link was that I ordered from) but heard nothing from them. I am taking it further via my credit card company to try and help me claim my hard earned money back! Disgusting service 😡😡

Placed an order for my daughters new flat 3 months ago emailed them a month later giving them the benefit of the doubt......nothing 3 later.
Absolute scum who think they can Rob hard working people from there money.
If people like this put as much effort into getting a real job instead of robbing people unemployment would be unheard of.

Absolute and I will say it , Tossers I placed and order in April . Never received a single thing . I emailed and never received anything back . Then all of a sudden had an email in response to what I said . Saying that I hadn’t even placed an order !!!!!! And to send it proof of this to which I did . Then guess what never received an email back . It’s disgusting how they can clearly rob people like they have done . Absolute scum

Made the order in late April. Never received order. I had an attempted delivery that was missed, booked a redelivery and it never turned up again. Unsure if this was the order I made. Regardless, I am contacting my bank about getting my money back from this scam site.

I also have received nothing!!!! Terrible when people are having their worst financial struggle!
