Purchased bean bag for 54.99 about 2+ months ago. Website now shut, no response from email. Absolutely disgusting that they have conned so many people out of money.

I too have never received the large bean bag.. ordered 1st week.of may took 54.99 and never received it.. disgusting i want to sue these people who are bogus

Hindsight is a wonderful thing. Always always check trustpilot. This company are an abomination. DO NOT purchase from them. Of course nothing has turned up and the contact has ceased after many empty promises and date changes. Thankfully I’ve raised a case with the bank who will pursue this and I have been reimbursed but others might not be so lucky. Heed he warning.

Pure scumbags never mind bean bags - no e mails no communications no product no money back !! Don’t fall for it folks ..anyone know how we get our money back of these thieves !!

The cover arrived after 7 weeks, but no actual beanbag....... so I paid £52 for a cover...... so annoyed! Do NOT buy these, scam

Ordered a bean bag back in April, they legitimately send a confirmation saying I would receive a tracking number. Needless to say this didn’t happen. I chased them a week later when I noticed their website had coincidentally been taken down. They responded to that email apologising and assured me my item was on the way. Now in June and no item, website still down and £55 lighter. I would not use those business they are liars, scammers and it’s not legitimate. My bank is now investigating these and I have also reported the company to the online crime team.

The first time ever buying through an Instagram ad and it'll be the last until they clean up how easy it is to defraud people of their hard-earned.

I didn't do my homework on the site before I ordered. Initial delivery time was stated as 3-5 days and coming from Manchester.

After 10 days I thought I'd check the website to find it was gone. I fired off an email and got what looks like their standard reply and some crap about their website having a technical issue. I build websites and most retailers don't have the same technical issue that lasts for days.

Raised a chargeback via Starling Bank as I paid using my debit card (Mastercard) and that's me just been refunded. Of course, the merchant could attempt a dispute but they'll be onto plums.

This is a scam site - do not order. I’ve reported them to the relevant UK bodies and have received a reply to say they are investigating. Contact your bank or credit card providers and request a charge back ASAP.

Scammed no reply cant get on site other than confirmation of order and taking my money no contact. I will contact my credit card see if they can help Dont buy from this company

Have been waiting for 2 x bean bags which my mum ordered, back in 27th April, received emails in French, also contacted the company website. Received email stating technical issues with website and tracking number doesn't work.

Very annoyed.
