DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I ordered a bean bag on 24th of April, received an order number and tracking number, this never worked so I emailed to query this, they did reply to state the website was having technical difficulties but assured me the order was on its way, felt a bit reassured but kept trying the tracking number which never ever worked, gave the benefit of the doubt on delivery possibly being delayed but did a search on google for this yesterday as was becoming a bit worried and could see how many negative reviews there were so have contacted my bank who have raised a dispute and refunded my money, very disappointed with myself for thinking an Ad though Facebook would be safe!!

Ordered April 27th had email…

Ordered April 27th had email correspondence thought all good. Sent tracking ID it linked to nothing I then emailed and recieved a different link that now says technical difficulties on the page. They also advertise as chill bag they link to each other on Facebook so I email them and guess what they have ne record of my order at chill bag ??? The link to show my order on original email doesn’t work I’m £54.99 out of pocket and this needs to stop. Reported to CAB as everyone should. My order number was also convienently #2345 which I found odd at the start too.... so annoyed money i couldn’t afford to lose do not order . I am always so careful but as it was on Facebook I assumed it was verified by them clearly
Not Facebook need to stop this too.

Absolute con

Absolute con. Amazing service from my bank (Barclays) though. From first reporting the issue the money was refunded to me within 3 working days. The only positive from this hugely frustrating experience.

Chilly-home bean bag

I purchased a bean bag 24th April 2020. It is actually the first time I purchased from a Facebook ad. I was sceptical so I did indeed do a search for any feedback on this company and checked reviews across various platforms and didn’t find any negative ones at the time. The product seemed genuine with reasonable price (not cheap) and clear photos.

They did send me a order confirmation and it did say the order may take a while and comes in several boxes (the beans). I have tried tto email them however their website no longer exists. I will leav is another week just in case it is a long delivery and then I too will be reporting to the bank and see if I can get my £58 back.

I’m hoping it is a start up and they are just behind on orders and really rubbish and managing a business. However I think that is probably unlikely. I will change this review if the product turns up. In the meantime just don’t buy from face book ads. I did my research and followed the guidelines given by fb and still got caught out.

Strongly points to Fraud

Strongly points to Fraud

Reiterate all comments below. Everything points to this being a scam and I'm annoyed with myself that I fell for it. 2 beans bag = minus £110.

No website, no tracking order #'s being provided, no courier name(s) provided and now No contact.

I strongly encourage anyone affected to contact their banking provider. The transaction can be disputed after 14 days. This won't gurantee a refund to you but it's the first part of the process.

Secondly, contact Facebook and raise as a fraudulent advertiser. They are reusing the same advert popping up all over Europe under different names. Same people thinking they are smart. Flag each one to Facebook... they must be accountable to accepting revenue streams from fraudsters and moving the problem on to us as the end user.

You may wish to contact the police but I'd like to see a result from Option 1 or 2 above.

Sadly, I suspect people will only see these reviews after they have fallen victim to a £ loss so sorry to hear that you have a similar experience.

In the tiniest of hopes this is a fledgling business, finding it's feet in unprecedented conditions then can I suggest you hire a business manager or explore a different work path, dreadful experience all round.

Good luck to anyone who has been impacted and I hope you find a resolution path.
