Good experience and service
The man sent by Chubb to check our fire extinguishers arrived at the time arranged, introduced himself , was well presented and efficient in carrying out the "Check". He reported back to me his finding and explained to me what needed to be replaced free of charge as part of our contract and what needed to be updated, the cost and how long that was guaranteed for. Efficient non-intrusive with no waste of time.

The engineer was early, but rang to see if was OK to come, which it was. Did a good job checking all the sensors. We had a baby asleep in the house and he was very respectful. Full marks for Mohammed.
