Helpful,polite, understanding person answered my initial phone call. Clear explanation of what would happen next in my request for an engineer visit. Engineer arrived a little later; rang me giving arrival time at my property, arrived on time. As I was away from my property a neighbour was there to receive the engineer. Alarm system checked, fault identified & fixed. Engineer (Mohamed) then rang me to explain what he had diagnosed, repaired and hopefully permanently fixed. Reassured me that if there was still a problem after a few days to recontact Chubb. My whole experience was highly efficient and very satisfactory. Thank you.
