Absolutely worse service
Absolutely worse service I've ever experienced time slot was 11am 3pm it's now gone 5 for the last hour it's showing on tracking as 2 stop and still on 2 stops and is miles away be at last another hour or more that's if it actually gets here

Extremely smooth delivery of my tiles with a very helpful driver. He helped me unload them round the back of my house. A huge, heavy load and he was only too happy to help me out by unloading them all himself. Driver M039.

I would definitely recommend Wicks delivery.

Driver (Sohail) went above and beyond…
Driver (Sohail) went above and beyond today whilst delivering sone tiles for me. I live up steps and despite Wickes informing me it wouldnt be a problem, one driver carrying 26 boxes of 25kg tiles up steps would have been too much for one guy to do alone. I had to initially refuse the order and was about to ring Wickes when the driver knocked back on and suggested driving around the back and unloading them into the back garden…. which still involved a couple of steps…. but he did this no problem and i was very grateful to him as i would have had no other way of getting my tiles for my new bathroom. Thank you so much :-)

Driver (M039) was on time according to the text message/email I got. The driver was very helpful and brought the fence panels down the side of the house for me. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you.
