Having left a bad review a few weeks ago after being ignored (having raised the issue that the wrong shoe have been sent out to me), I was advised by Clarks to email them and title my email 'escalation'. 1 week later I am still being ignored and no one has responded. Shockingly bad customer service

I want in for a browse today to the Belfast city centre store and ended up walking out in a brand new pair of shoes. I was seriously shocked at how pleasant and professional all the staff were in the shop, in particular the shop manager and my sales assistant Jenny K. Jenny K was just so helpful; generous with her time and engaging in her guidance and I left feeling that it was a real positive shopping experience. Thank you all

Artee is fab in Aylesbury store
Fab experience in the Aylesbury store today buying my baby girl's first prewalker shoes. The staff member who looked after us was Artee and she was absolutely fab. So lovely with my little girl, helpful and patient. Thank you Artee!

Emily was amazing in the summer. It was difficult finding a pair of shoes to fit my daughter as she was a half size. Emily didn't give up and was very happy and positive until we got the pair that fit!

I have just purchased 2pairs of trainers from your Bury st Edmunds store I will not be buying from you ever again… appalling customer service because the WiFi went down they could not correct their mistake of not processing the offer of £10 off of trainers the Manager Angela Dean sent us away with no proof that she would do the refund once the WiFi was back on but GAVE HER WORD that she would issue this as soon as she could my husband asked her do we need to be here for that and she said categorically no she could refund and issue a new receipt ! But no she emails to say I must go into the store - we are on our way to our holiday destination we will not be returning that way …. Dreadful customer service , she does not know Clark’s policy or procedures I have taken it up with customer service …. Why am I having to do this ? catalogue of errors I would avoid this store

I’ve reviewed your case and can confirm that the £20 discount you were owed on the two pairs of trainers has now been refunded as agreed. In addition, as a further apology for the inconvenience you’ve experienced, I’ve processed an additional £10 goodwill refund. This will appear as a separate amount on your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for both refunds to show on your account, depending on your card provider’s processing times.
We really appreciate your patience, and I’m sorry again that your experience fell short of the standards we expect.

My husband struggles with his mobility and was unable to sit down on the shop seating as it was too low, so he went and found a chair so he could try his shoes on in comfort. Sunil served us quickly and with a smile. He spent lots of time with my two young daughters (5 and 3) making sure their shoes fit and putting them at ease. They loved him! We will be back when their baby brother starts walking a bit more to fit his first shoes ❤️
