Unfortunately 4 had damaged corners on arrival (even though packaging was excellent).
Called Customer Services and requested call-back.
A very helpful guy (Dean) called back next day and offered a lump sum refund for the 4 damaged items, no questions asked.
Excellent service - thank you! I will be reordering more frames today...

Bought a vacuum cleaner from them 2 years ago. It broke after 9 months. Had to chase them to send me a replacement for a few months. Replacement has come and now it's broken again and yet they're refusing to do anything about it as i'm now out of the 2 year warranty (just), desite me only having the other one for a year. Wouldn't mind but they have literally said they can't help further in any way. Can't even point me in the direction of where i can buy a replacement part. My vacuum cleaner currently is absolutely useless and they're not willing to help at all. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, will not be back.

Excellent experience with Saman who provided excellent customer service, no quibble about returning/refunding an item. My order arrived on time (actually earlier than expected despite this busy seasonal period).
They offered free delivery which helped a lot too.
I'll definitely be ordering from Clas Ohlson again. Very trustworthy.

Customer service is top standard. i had an issue with a Christmas present brought! it had been damaged in transit and had a crack on it. I started a chat with one of the customer assistants Saman. They were so polite and helpful, sorted out a replacement in literally minutes. Super amazing and with next day delivery as well!! Thank you Saman!!! 10/10

Received my package today and was more than excited to start using the Christmas lights I ordered online . However I was later told that the item was out of stock.
I managed to call the customer helpline and spoke to an assistant called mohammed ,who assured me that he would check if the item, was in stock in another branch.
To my despair the item wasn't available but was given a full refund instead .
Thank you for your patience and such amazing customer service mohammed :)
Will be recommending this gem of a store to friends and family!!

First of all i have not received my package and it shows as delivered. So i contacted them over email, got response that i will be updated in 3-5 days and it's been 6 days and still nothing.
So today i tried to contact their live chat. And the rep almost helped me but when we got to the part where he asks how to contact me i reply and he just ignores me after that. I waited for like 30 mins and closed it. And this live chat took like an hour.
I will just chargeback the order if my case won't be resolved until the weekends.

I required a VAT invoice for my order & emailed the address on the website to customer service . com on 2 occasions and had no reply over the course of 2 days! I then found another email address uk customer service . co . uk which did not work at all. So i proceeded to use the online web chat to be spoken to rather rudely by a 'Jessica P' who ended the chat before even trying to resolve my query. I then tried the chat again, to have my chat ended abruptly before i could even type my query, again.
I tried 1 final time and luckily someone called Dean managed to simply email me the invoice.
I would only recommend this site if you were to be dealt with by Dean from start to end, otherwise I'd go elsewhere!

I ordered 2 Christmas villages and was sent 2 the exact same. I emailed (and sent photos to prove it) Clasholsen to let them know about the error and they replied whithin two days apologising and informing me that the money will be refunded. When i asked about postage to send back the item, their answer was to keep it as it would be too much hassle for me to return it.
I can honestly say that i have never come across any company which would act in the same way.
