I wanted to let you know how totally impressed I am with Clas Ohlson and the very slick service I received. I have never heard of your company before, but found your web details whilst searching for a hard to find product.
I ordered online, for a reasonable price. The website was easy to use and the email communications were prompt and easy to understand. The timing of the order being packed and sent to DPD was extremely impressive, considering the order was placed yesterday, Sunday at 11:38, I was over the moon to receive my delivery at 10:36 this morning.

poor, oh so poor. I ordered some things and wanted Saturday delivery. confirmation email says it will be delivered Monday. the hassle of contacting and explaining and emails and texts....finally it's going to be delivered. it doesn't show up. again the circus with delivery on Monday starts after I explained I want it on a Saturday. the next weekend I'm not home, so I have to wait two weeks. then finally my shelf is being delivered. only to be pretty bashed up. bent metal parts, corners of the shelves all gone, yes it looks like scrap. is this really going to be a safe, sturdy shelf? if I can be bothered straightening all metal out? what if it breaks? very dissapointed, and will not recommend this to anyone.

Fantastic customer service. I bought several items whilst on holiday, one of which was faulty which I only discovered when I returned home. This was dealt with extremely quickly and efficiently and the item replaced without quibble. Definitely highly recommended.
Just a thank you to the staff at Clas Ohlson. The service I have experienced is nothing like a lot of the company's reviews on this site. I had a problem with a Ledlenser torch after about one month (top of the range 2.1 price £350)
After reporting the problem Clas Ohlson replaced it in 3 days!
This is about the fifth time I have purchase from them and my experience is top notch.
Found this company by accident- never heard of them but they had exactly the products I was after, and at a great price. The webchat was really useful as I had a slight problem completing my order (stocking issues referred to in another review),which was immediately resolved. Customer service was excellent when I needed to exchange an item damaged in transit. Would definitely use again.
I called the customer service regarding my order I placed and I experienced a very friendly approach by Zara who professionally helped with my enquiry and successfully updated at all occasions. I very pleased to receive my order all in tact as the courier can be up evil when transporting breakables like my plastic boxes.Zara also helped by calling the warehouse to make sure they were extra rapped. I would like to thank Zara for her help getting all this together without any fuss.The boxes are excellent. Thank you
Clas Ohlson's website misleads as it will state that an item is available & in stock when in fact it isn't. When you try to checkout, it then says it's out of stock and will be available again in exactly 2 weeks (the date / time of supposed availability changes according to what time it is right now!!). When I had an IM chat with customer services I was told that the system can show an item is in stock as someone else has bought it but it hasn't yet shipped. Their system is designed to be misleading. Can't review the purchase or delivery process as I can't actually buy the item I was going to buy.
I've shopped at Clas Ohlson for a number of years, both online and in store. Without fail, i've found the products they sell to be of a high quality (backed by a two-year guarantee for good measure) and great value for money. Where, very occasionally, something has gone wrong, i've found their customer service to be peerless, they are absolutely committed to putting things right. It is a pleasure to shop with them!
A huge 'thank you' to Clas Ohlson. A parcel mistakenly was sent to click and collect instead of home delivery but when this was raised their customer services team immediately sorted the issue without any query. Wow! Thank you for reducing a customer's stress at Christmas and not adding to it!
I was in the process of ordering a printer when I was asked for my date of birth - there was the word "skip" at the site so I clicked this and the website would not let me do this and eventually I could not go to the payment section. I do not believe I should have to give my DOB when buying something as simple as a printer. What will they use this private information for?
I bought an Onion Chopper from clas ohlson online, It worked exactly ONCE before breaking down. There was no power, and there was nothing wrong with the plug itself, as I checked.
Under Clas Ohlson's Terms & Conditoons you cannot return a product if it had been 'used', Atall. So no onion chopper and no refund!
A complete waste of money.

The reason I am posting this on Trustpilot, a service I use regularly, is because Clas Ohlson are not publishing this on their website. I bought a gazebo about a month ago, (Article number 31-8233) specifically for the hot weather we were having. It was great until we had a drop of rain! As stated in other reviews on the website, it filled with water very quickly and although states to be water repellent, the water had to be removed very regularly before I had help to dismantle it and put it away. We put it up to celebrate a birthday and decorated with small fairy lights which looked very pretty. This morning the heavens had opened and the entire gazebo had collapsed! The metal had completely buckled and snapped. On trying to get it down, I cut my hands as there were sharp pieces of metal sticking out. I went straight back to Clas Ohlson within an hour of it happening with my receipt and photographs of exactly what had happened and was made to feel very uncomfortable and was so rudely spoken to it was embarrassing! They have offered a replacement but didn't have one in stock so I was sent away with a store credit and told to go back when they have one back in stock. I asked if they could offer delivery as the item is incredibly heavy and was told 'No' not when paying with store credit. I am incredibly unhappy and disappointed with the whole episode and outcome and have decided that actually I don't want another one. I feel there was a fault with this product and feel that they should have offered a refund - it is not a shop I go into very often so will struggle to spend a credit note! All in all a very unsatisfactory ordeal!
