Cluedress 

Ordered 3 items and supposed to get 30% discount on third but I was charged full price. Took over 5 weeks to arrive and did not resemble pictures. Very poor quality. Emailed 4 times to get return address but no response. Messaged on Facebook and was blocked. I will be reporting to PayPal. Please save your money, do not buy from this seller. Be careful too, they seem to operate under a few names. Now trading as LuBoutique.

Can you get a rating of less than one? Well you should! Do not go near this awful site. Their stuff is cheap, nasty and the fit is waaaaaay off UK sizing. And trying to return anything is a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!

If I could give this company minus five it would be too much. Ordered two items and both were very inferior fabric. Decided to return one because it looked awful. The delivery note was in a foreign language and there was no instructions for returning items. I emailed their customer service asking for a return address.. .As I didn’t receive a reply I sent it back to the address on the parcel which was in Twickenham. I eventually received an email asking for a photo. Replied saying it was too late because I’d returned it to Twickenham. They now say that the address in Twickenham is their shipping agent and they cannot retrieve it. They are adamant I am still trying to get a refund but won’t hold my breath. Don’t buy from them.

Ordered an item, they sent the wrong one, ask to return, they asked me to try it on and send them a photo! Why it is the wrong item. They have said I would only get a partial refund due to shipping. Then suggested I would be better selling it on. Not good at all.

Brought 3 items in early May. Checked for bad reviews - none at time. Read feedback on FB and was fooled into thinking this was an American coy.

Top was made of 1970s polyester, scratchy piece of excrement. Both playsuit poor quality and buttons missing.

I've made a suit from out of an old duvet cover that is superior both in material and fit.

Playsuits Fit of is absolute crap - I asked on ClueDress FB thread and ordered size recommended... Bit of an expensive joke.

Read other review and should have cancelled. Will not waste more time or energy trying to return.
So nasty am donating to charity but not sure if anyone would buy. Probably end up as Rags.

Bought a dress from here, it was terrible quality and way too big. Tried to get hold of someone to return it but unable to. So just returned it to address on label. They are saying they have not received it even though signed for. Refusing to issue refund. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. Clothes sub standard and no chance of refund. I have reported to trading standards.!!!

Please do not buy - I got a dress & a top. I'm size 10 for a small dress - it was massive on me. Now blocked me from commenting on social posts. No response to returning them - just passing me around & can not send it back. I will not give up to tell people what a rip off they are

Please don't order from this website, the clothes are terrible quality and the sizing must be european it is more for a tiny size 8 and I'm a normal size 12 ,I would return them but reading the review on Trustpilot there doesn't seem much point as there from China ,I'm just going to put this to bad experience and £80.00 down

Took far too long with delivery.

Do not use. Ordered a grey linen dress and got a cheap polyester dress 50cm shorter than stated on the website. Have tried to return but they will only offer me a 10% refund and suggested I give it to a family member or friend to be nice. Lesson learned.

Said NO obviously, they then gave me a load of excuses about not being able to return and offered me a 10% refund. Also not able to leave comments on their Facebook page either.

I'm not sure if this will be taken off, but this is what I received to send my items back. The fact I was told to declare the items are not worth more than £2 says it all. Absolutely disgusting and they should not be able to trade and scam people like this. In the end I settled for 20% refund and have taken my items to the charity shop.

Total scam. Terrible quality, way too small and zero returns policy. AVOID!!

If I could put zero I would, picked grey floral daisy round neck dress, with pockets, button detail and got a piece of material a 5 year old could have stitched better, no buttons, at al just bits of white cotton hanging off the arms, pocket if you can call it a pocket coming unstitched and the material wasn’t worth half what I paid for the dress besides me picking a large as I wanted it slightly baggy, it just about reached my hips so short if it was worthy of being worn which it isn’t it would be a top!! Disgusting delivery ordered 5 weeks ago and no customer service at all no tracking they say is offered, stay away

Very poor quality-items took nearly 6 weeks to arrive. I'd ordered extra large sizes but 3 of the items are too small - very skimpy sizing! Wish I'd read reviews before ordering . Would not recommend this company as the goods do not bear resemblance to the website photos. Difficult to return items so wasted my money

I’ve ordered 140 pounds worth of clothes, been waiting 4 weeks now, sent them several emails to just be told that there’s a delay in the system, and they will give me a discount on my next order, also that they are on holiday which is all broken English, I’ve asked to cancel my order and said I’m not happy, and they sent me a laughing emoji, now they are saying it’s ready to be shipped. I’ve contacted my credit card company to see if I can get my money back, they have blocked me on Facebook so I can’t leave any comments to warn other customers off, face book should not allow people like this to advertise, really wished I’d googled reviews first, the reviews they have on their sight must be all fake, as are all the pictures, saying they are coming from America when it’s China.

Again a very bad experience I am returning my items after receiving the same email offering 10% discount. Has anyone got their correct address as i have sent 4 emails asking for it.

Awful quality and service. Do not use!!! Order took ages to arrive and nothing the right size. Returned to the address in the parcel but they refused to refund. Offered me 10% only and said I had to post to China (not the UK Return address in parcel) which I couldn’t do as already returned. Do not use

I should have checked reviews before ordering.
SCAMMERS do not order anything, if you like me are checking this after you ordered hopefully you can do a chargeback through your credit card company or bank.
