Just like everyone else l'd give this a minus star if l could. I've had all the same problems. They just won't give you an address to return it. I suspect even if l did l wouldn't get my money back 🤬

Should have a zero option. Item ordered and still waiting for it to come.

Only given one star cos you can’t leave zero. Shocking experience. 3 out of 4 items arrived. Hideously poor quality so want to return. Also queried missing item. No response. After 8 emails nothing. Left negative comment on Facebook site and got private message immediately telling me they’d deal with it that afternoon. Nothing. Now found I’m blocked from FB. Please spam their FB for me!!!

As mentioned by lots of others. Clothes nothing like expected. Flimsy, small.
I’ve emailed 4 times now to request a return. After my second email I did get a response - but it was asking what I’d already told them.
Still no joy. Avoid at all costs

As many people have said before, I’m loathe to even give this company one star! Took a while to arrive and the quality and fit of the items are ordered are just awful. Cheap and nasty and an absolute waste of money. I’ve sent 2 emails so far with no response but I’ll keep on trying. Read the reviews first and avoid at all costs!!! 🤬🤬💩

What a load of rubbish. Do not order from here. I ordered 2 jumpsuits and they were so miss shaped and rubbish material. They do not have a return address as they want pictures of you wearing them to prove they don't fit 1st. After 2 weeks of e mailing them to get a refund and return items I have had 1 responce simply to ask for pictures which I sent and it ended there. Feel like I have been ripped off!
I take away the 1 star and leave -5 for this company. Will be posting on FB as well for people to be aware!

WARNING ABOUT THIS COMPANY.... After several weeks and several emails of firstly chasing my order and then wanting to return the 2 items I order (sizes too small and material very thin) this company had not returned my emails. However after I had put this review on their website they returned an email asking why I wanted to return the items (even though I had explained why in my emails). SURPRISE SURPRISE they have gone quiet on me. Also be aware this is not a UK base company. I have reported this company to PayPal also. My order was over £40.

100% do not buy from this company !
I bought 5 items, and maybe should have known it was too good to be true from the reasonable pricing but as the advert came through via facebook didn't doubt it.
The photos of the outfits look fabulous on the models on their website.
The eyelets for the buttons on one of the dresses I ordered were too small to put the buttons in, another dress had excess material under the armpit and the sandals had loose threads all around the shoe ! I demonstrated the quality issues on an email with photos of the items only to be advised that they would give me a 10% refund ! I couldn't understand this response as the quality was so very poor and challenged them requesting a full refund as the items were faulty. Although I have forwarded emails several times asking for an update have heard absolutely nothing from them. Again like many have already commented you have to say goodbye to the money. I hope this company is shut down as their customer service, as their products, is appalling.

If I coukd score zero I would. I placed an order but after reading reviews cancelled it within 24 hours. They acknowledged the email, but took payment and 2 weeks later say sorry too late we've sent it. Appalling.

As others have said would give a minus score if I could. Item arrived about 6 weeks after ordering. Sent me wrong size - a small when I ordered a large. Doesn't fit. Sent me some waffle about cost of returning would be more than value of item so would I accept 10% refund. I said no. They then offered 15%. Repeatedly told them as this is their error I want 100% refund. Threatened with legal action but I know that I'm never going to see my money again. Wish I'd read some reviews first.

I don’t even want to give them one star. Avoid at all costs. Everything was really small, the return instructions were in German, and now they won’t reply to emails. Waste of money!

Wouldn’t give them 1 star, ordered a variety of items all to small I ordered XL I’m usually a size 14. Have tried to contact by email, I had 1 reply requesting to see items which are to small 🤬No response from message & now blocked from commenting. There must be away we can get our money back 🤬🤬

There was very little return info in the package, only a delivery note in German and a return address for the uk
I repacked it and paid for the postage
Sent it back with a letter asking for my money back over 6 weeks ago
I have contacted them via email twice since but still no response
Be warned any future buyers

This company is terrible, I ordered some items in the 6th of may 2020, my first top arrived 4 weeks later, it was of poor quality and very cheap, my second item arrived 25th June. Still very poor quality. Despite several emails to ask for a refun address, I have heard nothing. I understand that the items took longer than usual during this lockdown, but very poor customer service. I have sent another email, again no response. Please don't buy from this company as the product is nothing like the pictures, my dusting cloths are of better quality, the detail on the tops are a cheap plaster coating

Ordered 3 dresses from this company so far have only received 1.
The dress I received is absolutely terrible. The waist hasn't been matched right so the pattern looks ridiculous. It's also huge. I'm 5'7" and it's so long it puddles on the floor not just below the knee as stated.

I've now asked for a full refund as I have no idea when or if the remaining order will be received and if it's anything like the dress I received I don't want it.

Absolute pile of rubbish. China company which has a UK address. Will not answer email, gone on 3 day holiday! These guys are also selling under different names. Do not buy from them. Complete scam.

As other reviewers have said. These people are charlatans. They have ripped off photos of other manufacturers and send (after weeks of waiting), poor quality copies with substandard materials. One top had a mismatched seam across the front. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. So far, they have offered me 10% discount to keep the garments. I am now challenging via PayPal.

Dreadful Company, ordered white top with motif, size m, miles to small for an m, motif that iron on rubbery stuff which will crack after a few washes. 5 times emailed customer service for a return address for refund and only 1 reply but no address. Don't touch these people they are charletons. Would have given them zero stars, but won't let you write a review.

Would give NO STARS if I could. Goods not as described, inferior quality, lining fabric/polyester not linen. From China, no after sales service, cannot return for refund.
