I have ticked 1 star but if there was the option it would be 0 stars. I ordered 7 items from this site through a facebook link totalling £100.00. The items took 8 weeks to arrive and they were dreadful they didn't fit and the fabrics were cheap and nasty. After numerous emails to them most of which they didn't respond to, they finally offered me 10% refund with no option of a returns label. I have reported them to facebook and paypal but this hasnt got me anywhere so out of pocket now by £100. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE

Awful clothes, awful company. Clothes don't fit and are poor quality, the worst I have ever encountered. Looks great on their advertisement but don't be fooled they are substandard. Will never buy from them again.

Awful. I ordered in June it's now August, I still have not received my order. Never again. I wish I'd read the reviews first.

Bought 2 items online. Terrible quality. Emailed as per their email to return and refund. No answer to email. Messaged on Facebook messenger too.

Terrible company

I agree with the majority of comments posted, I ordered 3 short jump suits and they were poor quality and in no way sized according to the guide. Following the return guidance I asked for a return address and 3 weeks later I'm still waiting after numerous chasers. DO NOT BUY from this company I suspect I will be waiting for my money for ever more as they hope I get bored with asking. I would hope that trading standards are looking at this organisation?

Need zero stars.
I was disappointed with the products. The only way to return items is to ask customer service for a return address. I sent 3 emails and finally got a response asking for a photo of the labels. I sent those instantly. Then 7 emails later, and I have had no response still. I’m stuck with bad products and want my money back!

What a load of rubbish. I ordered 3 items and was sent
2 x random items and 3rd never appeared. Ive written several emails to them and they just make stupid suggestions. The return address was on the package so thats where I sent them. Then was told I'd sent them to the wrong address! Its ongoing.........

Truly awful company. Sent for 2 dresses which looked great in the photo. Bought 2 sizes bigger to be on safe side. When they arrived they were nothing like photo. Unlike the linen effect shown, they were made of thin, cheap cotton, were too small, and the colours were not as ordered. I complained and they offered me €15 in order to ‘get them taken out’, or ‘sell them on to a friend’. Well the seams were no way big enough to let out, and I would be too embarrassed to give them to someone let alone ask for money for them! After asking them again for a refund, I heard nothing more. So, got PayPal involved who contacted them, and managed to get 50% refund. Bearing in mind to send these back to China would have cost more, I accepted. Never again!

Awfully made, dreadful quality. I question whether it’s a matter under trade description. The photos are edited to show you different colours on one shot of the model. I am sending mine back now

Pity you can’t give zero stars. Like most of the other reviewers I wish I’d looked at this site first. Sizing inconsistent - 2 different garments labelled as the same size completely different! One garment yellow not beige, all garments very poor quality fabric. Looking at these other comments it looks like I’ll have to write the loss off. So disappointed - I was treating myself for my Birthday. That’s a chunk out of my monthly pension for nothing.

This must be the worse company I have ever dealt with and shouldn’t be allowed to trade.

I bought a dress which looked fine in picture, waited a while for delivery, eventually arrived. I was shocked to see it. Looked nothing like picture. The sizing is completely wrong, so small. The quality of material is poor, you could see through it.

Requested a refund, asked for pictures, I sent them. Still nothing, No return information received, ended up sending it back to an address on delivery note with a note explaining, asking for refund. Nothing!

I would advise everyone thinking of buying something from them to think again! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Oh I wish I had seen this site before I purchased.
I purchased 2 dresses, which took ages to arrive. When they did, I tried them on, one was a little tight, the other impossible to get on. So on 9/7/20 I requested a return. I emailed again on 12th asking for return details. 14/7 I received a response asking me to take a photo to prove they didn't fit. I refused. No response. I emailed a further 3 times, without response, so I went onto their Facebook page to ask if they ever responded to emails. On 23/7 they replied asking for photographic proof that they didn't fit, I refused. 24/7 they offered a 10% refund, a discount off my next order, and I keep the dresses. I replied letting them know this was an insult and they needed to improve their offer, and I would not be ordering from them again, and will be reporting them to Trading Standards. Again no response until I contacted them via Facebook. 28/7 they replied asking for a photo again, I refused. 29/7 they offered 20% and I felt I had no choice but to accept.

Oh how I wish I read these before I fell victim to this horrendous company. They won’t even email me back after chasing for days for a refund and an address on where to send these clown outfits that don’t look as nice as the pics at all. Sizing is a joke. No customer service. They’re not replying on purpose so my 14 day returns time, times out. They’re Crooks and shouldn’t be allowed to do this. Avoid!
Also does anyone know how we can take this further? They can’t just sell then hide away from the consumer rights.

Complete scam ! I haven't received order and after many emails asking for refund. No package and no refund. DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE SCOUNDRELS

absolutely appalling company, do not order from them, my experience is exactly the same as the other reviews, 6 week delay in delivery clothes lus sized and of completely different quality to those pictured in their website. No ability to return goods only offered 10% refund. I will also raise a complaint with Facebook, they should take some responsibility given they have clearly received advertising revenue and are endorsing this business through their platform.

Ordered on the 1st July, updated as shipped on the 12th July, tracking shows nothing, not even dispatched at local end. DO NOT USE!

Use shops on UK better valve for money
If u order anything go up about 4 sizes otherwise it won't fit !!!!!! Avoid !!!!!!!

I'm so glad I've read these reviews I was about to order from them, it has saved me money and lots of headaches .. fb shouldn't allow to let them advertise on here .. SHUT IT DOWN

I so wish I’d read these reviews before ordering! I ordered three items to get the discount. Only 2 arrived 5 weeks later. Dreadful..nothing at all like the online pictures. My size Small dress had a 40inch waist and 46inch hip..awful! The 3rd item I’m now told is out of stock and I’ve been refunded £15.96 but they don’t want me to return the other two and have offered a 10percent refund of my remaining £38.10 if I keep them. I’m told the shipping costs will cost me more than the value of the clothes. That’s £3.81 to come back to me and two awful dresses that will have cost me £34.29! Disgusting!
