I ordered my goods and then read 2 bad reviews on here. I tried to contact them to cancel my order (within the deadline) they took a while to come back to me. The goods then arrived and I had to send 2 items back I contacted them asking for the return address and did not receive a response so I returned them to the address on the package. I then received a response saying this was not the return address. My items are now lost and I will not be able to get a refund from them. I reported the advert to facebook and they have since taken it down.
Avoid at all costs
I reiterate what other reviewers have said. 1 star is generous. Stay clear of this company. It is borderline fraud. Our order took 5 weeks to arrive despite promising "speedy delivery". A despatch email took 13 days to arrive with a tracking facility that never worked. Repeated emails finally 'confirmed' it could take up to 20 days (from confirmation of order or from the despatch notice?!) and didn't state the delay was because it was shipping from China. When it finally arrived the fabric was of poor quality compared to the picture and didn't fit. To get a refund or exchange required returning it to China, tracked, though the returns policy said that their customer service would provide 'the nearest return address' (presumably China is always the nearest!) and I was offered 15% to keep the garment - which they knew didn't fit. This was increased to 20% and 5% off a future order (as if!!) when they were informed that tracked postage to China via Royal Mail costs £10.40 - hardly worth it on a £16 purchase.
Finding Cluedress is difficult. If you go to cluedress.com, you are automatically redirected to a completely different company - iuboutique.com - and if you google them they come up as floryday.com. All these companies are selling on Instagram and Facebook and should be blocked.
Quality poor
Quality poor, refund policy suspect. Have been left with items that are ill-fitting, shoes the wrong size, a smock where pockets are different sizes. Terrible comms and only offering 15% of total cost as compensation. Will be contacting my local trading standards to report them and would advise anyone else with a similar experience to do the same.
31.8.20 - have been advised by Consumer Scotland that because the company is based in China it's not covered by UK laws but you can raise a complaint via your Bank who will try and recover monies. I've done this through Royal Bank of Scotland and have to provide evidence and emails but it will be worth the time if I manage to get a refund.

Terrible sizing and material of the clothing.
Ordered in May, communicated for a refund- they received the retuned parcel since June but we are still waiting for a refund(August).
I’ve never heard such advice over email- give the clothes to friends or family, have 10% off your next order.

Awful and borderline fraudulent
Awful and borderline fraudulent. Location of business hidden on website - only knew once PayPal receipt came through. Cancelled immediately I knew where the clothes were coming from but no response. No contact until an email advising goods had been dispatched. Not all the products arrived but received tiny refund with no details why. Goods received not from CLUEDRESS but another random supplier. Material Quality is poor. Sizing tiny. Complained to PayPal advising I hadn’t received any replies to my comms and CLUEDRESS responded really rudely advising I should stop complaining because I had the goods! I’m giving up as a lesson learnt. Soooo disappointing that these Chinese companies can’t just deliver what they promise. They have amazing designs and time and time again I’m disappointed by the reality. Come on people - You can do better!!!

Terrible company. Ordered 3 items. Didn't receive discount promised. 1 item didn't arrive so after 3 months asked for refund. Was told that 5% would be deducted as this is what the bank charge them!! Don't buy from them. Poor quality clothes and even worse customer service

Cancelled my order 1 hour after order online. No response for few days to my request so raised a complaint via bank to request funds back. They 'cluedress' responded that if a refund was made then a 15% cancellation will be applied. No mention of this on their site. Most orders have some grace on cancellation, especially as I cancelled same day and the money had not left my bank then. Now they have the payment I could not stop. Terrible customer service

All items from this company are very small! For returns they ask you to send back to China at your own expense even though there is a UK returns address on the package. They lied and said Royal Mail add this address! They offered me 15% discount to keep clothes that did not fit. They do not respond well if you want to exchange items and the quality is poor. Atrocious
Atrocious - do not buy from this company. The item l ordered was great in the photo, the item l received bore no resemblence, quite obviously they had taken a photo of a quality item, then attempted to copy it. The illustration was not the same, the size was off, in all it was horrid. I complained and forwarded a picture of the item i ordered and what l got, and posted it on Facebook. Do Not Give Up....Return Address
To everyone on here....do not give up. That's what they want you to do. They hope their lack of response etc will stop you from trying. Or they'll offer you 10% back etc. After MANY emails back and forth and raising a dispute with my bank. I finally got their return address and a FULL refund. Make sure you track and get a signature when returning and email them the tracking info too. The return address is below.

I bought goods totalling £97. They took weeks to arrive. When they did, the quality was shockingly bad. The material was very poor quality. The sizing was out. I emailed them to arrange a return. It took them over a week to return my email, despite me emailing them again. They asked me for photographs of me in the clothing to prove they didn't fit! I refused and said I was suspicious of their motives and would report them to Facebook and Paypal and write a poor review and again asked for a return address. Another week later I got another email asking for photographs. I am appauled that Facebook have allowed them to continue to advertise and trade on their site. After reading the reviews on here, its looking likely I will not get my money back. At the very least I want to warn others. Please do not buy anything from this company. Total scammers!!!

Ordered 3 items from ClueDress, attracted by the bargain prices and the promise of a floaty, brown, polka-dot dress. It took weeks to arrive. The clothes when they did appear were of very low quality. Cheap material and a finish at the standard of a school sewing class. Nonetheless 2 were wearable and, given the price, the poor quality of the merchandise was not really the problem.
The return policy was! One item was too big and too long. Having waited 6 weeks for my order, I now had only 48 hours to contact Customer Services to request a refund. I did this but the reply took my breath away. I was asked to 'prove' that the item was too large by sending photos! How utterly ridiculous! My daughter cautioned me against sending pictures of myself so I have dispatched photos of this dress against another that I own. I await their response with baited breath.
To the rest of you I just say AVOID!

Never use this company the items are all sub standard, there is no returns policy as they do not respond to any e-mails so you have the goods over the 14 days. They don’t know what customer service means they are terrible. If I could have scored them a 0 or minus I would have.

Awful awful awful. After about a 2 month wait finally my dungarees arrived. Very very bad quality. Would fit a child and extremely see through. Nothing like advertised whatsoever. Absolutely awful scamming company
Absolutely awful scamming company. Do not buy from them. Ordered and waited and waited. Tried to cancel order and get refund, no luck. Emails got blocked, messages got blocked. Went through PayPal complaints and they sent the items anyway. Clothing arrived, poor quality, incorrect sizing and no returns.
Out of pocket and clothing not fit for anything.

I recently ordered from you the short dungarees. I had ordered them before in size xl but they were too small so I ordered them in xxl and they are exactly the same size as the first ones as I have bother pairs. Your sizing chart is way off the mark and the sizing does not correspond to what it says as I checked before I ordered. I will not be using your company again and will be telling others.
Pleasantly surprised!
Ordered jumpsuit a month ago. Read these Trust pilot reviews so wasn’t expecting much! Arrived today after 4 weeks and 3 emails, and pleasantly surprised. Fabric ok and fits well. Luckily I paid through PayPal so knew I could get money back if they hadn’t arrived. Via PayPal I went to make a complaint and it says get in touch with the company. I did this and order arrived couple days after. Hope this is helpful to anyone still waiting.
