This is the second time I have used Colfie and I must say I was even more impressed with their level of service this time. I needed to find a condo to rent at short notice during high season in Dubai and Colfie were the only agents who responded to my request. Both Ella and Valentina were extremely helpful and found me a great place to stay between Dubai Marina and JBR. Colfie professionally manage all their units and always make sure they are nicely decorated and furnished. I thoroughly recommend them.

I rented an apartment with Colife at JLT for almost a month and it was a good experience overall. It was a studio apartment but quite spacious and great daylight which I loved. Location was good and convenient with metro access nearby plus other deliverables. The team was responsive all along which made my stay comfortable.

We were choosing between a few housing options in Dubai but decided to go with Colife, and I’m really happy we did. The team was very friendly and helpful, especially Andrei. He handled everything smoothly. We had a small issue on the way to the apartment viewing and had to reschedule just 10 minutes before it started, but Andrei quickly found a solution and arranged another viewing right away
After that, we were sure we wanted to stay with Colife. What convinced us most was not only the nice apartments but also the attitude and professionalism of the people. The apartment itself turned out great, clean, and exactly as expected

I used it. While tenants are checked my host “lied about an opposite sex roommate” . I couldn’t back out then per colife. The arguments they got in were scary and horrific
The host then came in my private room all the time begged for more money off colife. I reported and colife did nothing.
The host then said her former boyfriend was a sex offender. I had to lock the door and she’d get angry at that.

What the hell were they thinking charging such an outrageous price for this dump?! The places they rent is infested with bedbugs, and I mean ALL OVER the room. I got bitten everywhere, had a severe allergic reaction, and couldn’t even sleep a single night. The bidets don’t work, the furniture is worn out, and disgusting, and everything in this room screams neglect.
This is NOT a place to stay under any circumstances, no matter how much money you’re willing to throw at it. I am furious, itchy, and completely disappointed. Honestly, it’s shocking that this place is even allowed to operate. Avoid it like your life depends on it.

I needed an apartment for a short stay (about two months) while I was in Dubai for a work trip. I first came across Colife on Instagram and then checked their website — there were plenty of options to choose from. I moved in right after the summer season when prices usually go up, so the rent seemed a bit higher at first. But after comparing it to other offers on the market, I realized the price was fair considering what they provide.
Their service really stands out — from a welcome pack waiting in the apartment to free maintenance if anything stops working. They also have a nice community for residents, with both paid and free events, which was a pleasant surprise. It made the whole experience feel much more personal and connected.
Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and feel that the value matches the quality of service. I’ll be coming back to Dubai for business again next year, and I’ll definitely choose Colife for my next stay.

I had a very disappointing experience with Colife.
First of all, they never sent me the self check-in details, and I ended up waiting at the airport for hours. During my stay, the Wi-Fi was constantly an issue they hadn’t even paid for it, and I had to keep reminding them. On top of that, they still haven’t refunded my deposit.
Trying to reach their customer service is pointless. They ignore calls, messages, and emails, and instead push customers to use their app, which is useless since no one actually responds. The property itself was poorly maintained most things were broken and clearly not looked after.
Overall, Colife feels completely unprofessional and careless with customers. I definitely would not recommend booking with them.

I have been a Colife customer for the past year and a half. While no company is perfect, the last few days have left the worst taste in my mouth about ever speaking positively about them.
My long-term rental renewal is due on 9th September and I reached out well in advance with two options. First, to use the first few days to try for a bigger space. Second, if nothing worked out, to proceed with renewal on time. After almost a week of chasing, I finally got a response. I did not like their other options but kept reminding them to share renewal documents as time was running out.
Less than two weeks before renewal (this week) I was suddenly told I need to vacate because the owner plans to sell. No one mentioned this to me before and no one alerted me in time. This from a company that has you sign a contract with terms clearly stating termination processes and advance communication in case of such situations. A complete lack of accountability and care.
In 11 years of living in this city I have never seen such disregard for customers. To treat someone’s home, peace of mind, and stability with this level of negligence is deeply hurtful, upsetting, and disrespectful.
Thank you to Sofia, who has been the only one who approached this situation with the empathy and compassion it deserved. I can’t imagine what it would’ve been like if I hadn’t pushed for a response and she was able to get back to me.
Update:
After vacating on the 9th of September, they have refused to give me back my deposit. This is the type of unscrupulous behavior this company has.

Colife and Ella are a breath of fresh air.
After having talked to multiple estate agents over 5 days, Ella was the only one I wanted to work with.
My experience has been extremely positive and they helped me find an apartment within 2 days.
Ella has been responsive in her communication and after understanding what I wanted, suggested quite a few different apartments that fit my needs. She has gone out of her way to organise viewings with short notice, which I appreciate. I will gladly use their services again.
