I’m actually in shock in how I have been treated by this company. Not only are the fees very over priced for the standard of living the apartment holds, the customer service I have received in the build up to moving out has been beyond shocking.
The apartment was infested with cockroaches, at the same time the AC broke down, and the company couldn’t find me a temporary apartment so I was forced to stay in the apartment and become intoxicated with the fumes.
A friend of mine had to help me get through to management to find me a temporary apartment and we were confronted by the rudest manager, who swore used disgraceful language.
Understandably, I decided to move out early after being treated like this, even though I had paid for the remaining month.
Since then I have been met with appalling service, passed around, promised lies and ignored as I legally am required my deposit back.

Our experience was extremely disappointing and far from the restful, enjoyable holiday one would expect from a luxury apartment. From the start, things went downhill; the air conditioning took ages to fix, the fridge wasn't working and our food was always spoilt only to send a replacement after a full 8 days had passed, and worst of all, the place was infested with cockroaches. Reaching out to the Colife team or their support was pointless; they were consistently unhelpful.
On top of that, our stay was constantly disrupted by people coming in and out to view the apartment, an unacceptable intrusion.
Despite confirming that everything was in perfect condition upon both check-in and check-out, they later claimed towels were missing as an excuse to withhold part of the deposit, a shady and dishonest tactic.
Overall, a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Ever.

Daughter rented a lovely apartment in dubai marina from these people but had to move out after one nights stay within 24 hours. Couldn't sleep due to noise. Her mum was with her and she too got no sleep whatsoever. It was a horrific experience. Moved first thing the next morning to a hotel themselves. Colife haven't responded to my calls or whats apps and clearly couldn't care less when things don't work out. She has essentially paid 20,000 AED for one nights stay - which seems to be all they care about. The issue was escalated to management who just ignore messages. Disgusting. AVOID

I rented an apartment in Bay Central Dubai with Colife for 4 months. The onboarding with them was very smooth and simple. During my staying there I had a chat with them where they were giving me support any time i needed it in a very quick manner. Also the check out was smooth and they refunded me the deposit after 1 week. When i go back to Dubai i will definitely rent from them again. Reccomended

I had an unpleasant experience at colife twice. First time was with my roommate, I was living peacefully until this roommate came to live with me. She was unbearable, she constantly mentally abused me, she was not kind and she made me reach to a point where I had frequent panic attacks and reaching out to colife, they did nothing much in first few days until it reached to a point of no adjustments.I asked them to give my deposit back as I was suffering a lot and they refused to do so.I sent several messages regarding the situation and my mental health was getting really worse, after many conversations with co life they finally found a way to change my location and room. They offered me a room and a different building to stay in, i made sure I had nothing else to pay for before moving in that space. After moving in to a new place, 8 days later they asked me to pay 800 dirhams along with rent out of the blue. I told them that no one mentioned anything about paying any amount and I had proofs as well but they denied and refused and I was forced to pay that amount by arranging the money. Btw I have been staying at co life since Sep 2023-Aug2024. Recently, they deducted the amount of deposit. It was falsely claimed. I am still having a conversation with them trying to prove that it was unfair of colife to do so. They charged me for someone else’s damage. Its not fair. Overall, my experience with colife was average.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service quality. Managers were quick to respond and demonstrated great dedication selecting the apartment for my needs. I was on business trip when my accommodation search started so Colife provided me with online viewing opportunity. Moved in as soon as I came back with no hesitation

Previously I’ve been renting from landlord directly and long story short it was a struggle. Colife turned out to be a perfect option for me. The terms of contract are reasonable and I don’t have to keep bills and maintenance in mind which is convenient. Thanks to the management and keep up the good job

Me and my family came to Dubai for a vacation. Booked a cool 2bedroom in Marina area from Colife on Airbnb. We had a great experience overall, the interior was beautiful and what’s more important the apartment was fully equipped with dishes, appliances, sheets, towels etc. thanks colife for the warm welcome

I recently stayed at Colife for a few months and my experience with them was great overall. The apartment was very cozy just like from Pinterest. I loved the decor. It matched price and quality. Tenant support was great. Although sometimes slower in terms of response. Weekly cleaning was convenient, however, sometimes cleaning ladies didn't do it well. But overall it was not a big issue for me because I enjoyed the apartment and the views on the balcony.

Settled in for six months. It's great that there is a community, we meet regularly twice a week and play padel or board games. Good neighbors and apartment design. Colife fixes all the breakdowns - it's nice. There are adapters for electrics

I moved to Dubai as my company moved our office here. I rented the apartment wit Colife and am happy with it. My Dubai Marina flat with 1 bedroom is cozy and stylish. I rented it for 11 months with all bills, maintenance and support 24/7. Thank you Colife for free community events too

We were 5 minutes late in checking out and the landlord threatened to call the police on us. (We were already on our way out). She stood there and yelled at as we were trying to organise our luggage to leave. No respect whatsoever.

I had a 2 months contract with them for a sharing room costed 2500. I decided to extend and after that they decided to increase the rent by 1000 by saying that its high season period ( september 2023 ) and without having informing in advance about this possibility. I thought they were professionals and a trustworthy choice.
