We had problems with our community fibre internet was down and we followed up with customer support team and the officer mr Franklin handled our case. He was very professional and we through with me to rectify the fault for some time. He was very friendly and very considerate and supportive. Because it was beyond our control to rectify it as it was modem fault. He recommended an engineer to call at our house. Engineer mr Pauya came and he was also expreienced professional and he has found the faulty modem and replaced successfully. We were very pleased with the service they provided within short period knowing how important the internet for us daily.

Spoke to yamine he was really helpful and made sure my issues was fixed and as I spoke to him about a few issues I had with billing and was promised that I will be get extras he had said he will sorts everything out for me great lad and good service from community fibre as a whole.

I can only speak for the installation process but I was thoroughly impressed by the installer - Steve H -F - who took extra time to iron out a potential issue beyond the call of duty. Highly appreciated.
