⭐ 1/5 never again
⭐ 1/5 — Absolutely unacceptable service. Never again.
I genuinely cannot understand how an airport parking company can consider this an acceptable level of service.
I followed their instructions and called approximately 30 minutes before arriving to collect my car. You would therefore expect the vehicle to be ready, or at the very least arrive shortly afterwards.
It wasn’t.
I arrived at around 2AM after travelling and then waited more than 40 additional minutes, and my car STILL hadn’t arrived. By that point they had been given well over an hour since my original phone call.
But what made the experience even worse was the attitude.
While I was understandably asking where my car was, a member of staff actually told me to “behave.”
Seriously? I’m standing outside at 2AM waiting for MY car, which you were notified about 30 minutes before I even arrived, and instead of apologising and sorting out the problem, your response is to tell the customer to “behave”?
That is an extraordinary way to treat a paying customer.
I subsequently complained directly to the company. Their response was essentially a generic apology, saying they were sorry for the inconvenience and would take steps to improve. There was no meaningful explanation for why the car wasn’t ready despite my advance call or why the situation was handled in this manner.
Airport parking should remove stress from travelling — this company added to it.
I gave them every reasonable opportunity to provide the service I paid for. Based entirely on my own experience, I would not trust them with my airport parking again and I certainly will not be returning.

Never again.
On arrival at Stansted
On arrival at Stansted, we had to wait 45minutes for someone to collect our car, in the blue carpark, when it was booked for the Orange carpark, which is a lot closer.
On return, I phoned the number and was told our car was already in the Blue carpark. When we eventually found it (as it was dark) there was no one there. Phoned again, to be told the key was on the wheel??
Hardly any petrol left, tyres all needed air and key fob needed a new battery.
It was perfectly fine when we left it??
In the daylight we noticed the rear of the car was scuffed and scratched.
Terrible service from start to finish.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS — left stranded overnight with two children, then ignored for weeks.
I deliberately held off writing this review to give Compare Airport Parking a genuine chance to resolve what happened to us. I sent a full formal complaint on 28th August, followed by a formal letter before action on 19th September. I have heard absolutely nothing back — no acknowledgement, no apology, no offer of resolution. Given that silence, I think other travellers deserve to know exactly what we went through.
Outbound journey (8th August): we followed the joining instructions exactly, calling ahead as instructed. On arrival we were told, incorrectly, that we’d come too early and had to wait for a late attendant — and were then charged an extra £12 car park entry fee because of their own error.
Return journey (23rd August): this is where it became genuinely frightening. After collecting our luggage we couldn’t get through on the phone for over 20 minutes. We were then told our car had broken down and wouldn’t start. We waited nearly an hour for a promised 15-minute pickup to be taken to our broken down car, only to be collected by two attendants already carrying another family of four in a nine-seater van — there wasn’t room for us.
We were driven to an unmarked, unlit grassy field near a lake (Windsor Lakes), nothing like a proper car park. The attendant spoke very limited English and, despite my husband being a qualified mechanic and offering to help, was not allowed anywhere near their jump leads. We were told a colleague was coming to help and was only “six minutes away” — twice, by two different people. Neither ever showed up. Our calls then went unanswered.
With no other option, and no was of starting our car, we had to walk in the dark with two children and four large suitcases — and found the only way out of the compound was a locked security gate. We were effectively trapped inside, with no water, no toilet, and no lighting. Fortunately, we were only found and let out around 10pm when we triggered a security camera and an unconnected member of staff from a neighbouring business came to investigate us “trespassing”. Had we not been found, we were going to have to call the police to help us get out!
Still 70 miles from home, we had to pay £152.97 for an Uber to get back. A jump pack an attendant eventually brought was itself flat and useless. My husband ultimately had to drive back to Heathrow the next day and started the car himself in five minutes with proper jump leads — it’s run fine ever since, proving the “fault” was entirely down to their failure to have working equipment or competent staff on hand.
We requested a refund of the parking fee, the erroneous £12 charge and the Uber cost which came to a total of £490.52 — and gave them every opportunity to put this right. Weeks on, we’ve had total silence.
If you value your safety, your time, or ever want a response when something goes wrong, do not use this company.
DON’T USE THESE FRAUDSTERS
Left my car supposedly securely parked at Stansted Airport. Received a parking charge notice whilst out of the UK, cannot get any help from them they state they are a comparison website only but the company I had booked with is answered and emailed replied by the same advisors.
Very Bad experience…..took my £71
I wish I saw the reviews from previous people. And I wish I stuck with Just Park. I just decided to try this cos of the deal they offered. There is no way for you to login and manage your booking. Seems the same number they give for the car park is the same person on their frontdesk. They will keep pushing you around and even try to take more money from you and ask for your card details on the phone. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS BUSINESS!!!
Please just don’t use them
Please just don’t use them. I am putting the whole episode down to a bad experience from which I will learn. Every aspect of this business that I have tried to use is a lie.
We have been ignored!
Completely unreliable airport parking service.
I had already experienced serious issues with one of their parking operators on a previous booking, so before travelling again I contacted the company and asked either to be moved to a different operator or to cancel the booking. I was reassured that I should keep the booking and that there would be no repeat of the previous problems.
That reassurance turned out to be worthless.
On the day, I called 30 minutes before arrival as instructed. No answer. I called repeatedly, around 7 or 8 times, while getting closer to the airport. Still no answer.
I contacted customer service, who said they would contact the operator. When I arrived at the airport, nobody was there, nobody had called me, and I had no idea what was happening. Around an airport you cannot simply stop wherever you like, so this put us in a very difficult and stressful situation.
I called customer service again, and the call was ended once they realised I was chasing the same issue. With no driver, no response, and no support, I had to book and pay for another parking company at the last minute to avoid missing my flight.
It has now been six days and nobody from customer service or the parking operator has contacted me to apologise, explain, or resolve the matter.
This is not just poor customer service. It is a complete failure to provide the service I paid for.
Inconvenient and intrusive calls after abandoned booking
I recently entered my details on this website while looking into booking parking at Gatwick Airport. However, I realised I no longer needed the booking and abandoned the process before reaching or completing the payment stage. I had only entered my name, phone number and email address.
Since then, I have received repeated calls from Gatwick Airport Parking encouraging me to complete the booking, even after I answered and clearly explained that I was no longer interested.
I find this very inconvenient and intrusive, especially as I did not complete a booking or make any payment.
I did not authorise the site to use my number for calls at any point. I will never use this website again.
A REAL TRAVEL NIGHTMARE
I recently used the ‘Compare Airport Parking Deals’ website to book a Meet and Greet parking at Heathrow Airport (Terminal 5) for the Easter holidays with my family. The service provider was (ironically!) called ‘Quality Parking Heathrow’.
Unfortunately, I did not check either of them out here on Trustpilot first – if I had, I would have read several other horror stories, eg. about them breaking someone’s dashcam; illegally using cars and getting speeding fines while other customers were away on holiday, and keeping other customers waiting for 40 minutes+ to pick up their vehicle and two hours to return it. And so much more. In my case, fortunately perhaps, we didn’t even get that far.
When my partner called up as instructed half an hour before arriving at Heathrow, she was treated very rudely on the phone by a man who asked her if we could drop the car off at different terminal. Given that we had specifically paid for ‘meet and greet’ for Terminal 5, she said no.
At this point, the man on the phone got very annoyed and said that in that case, he wouldn’t come and pick up the car - unless we wanted to pay again, for a SECOND time, over the phone to him? He claimed that the ‘Compare Airport Parking Deals’ website has not been paying his company lately, so he had (he claimed) not received payment for our booking, and therefore couldn’t possibly be expected to come and pick up our car. Unbelievable!
Obviously, this is a nightmare scenario when you are just about to fly abroad for a family holiday. We told him that we had two young children in the back of the car and asked him what we were supposed to do. He told us to pull over onto the hard shoulder (we were on the motorway!) and look for the contact details of this comparison website, 'Compare Airport Parking Deals', call them, tell them to pay him, and THEN he would come and pick up our vehicle.
He became quite aggressive and confrontational at this point, so my partner hung up the phone - a bit scared - and hurriedly booked another car park through Just Park, which unfortunately proved to be too far away (we were all in a panic by this stage). I dropped her off with our toddler and 8-year-old at Terminal 5 and went to park the car.
I missed my flight.
Fortunately, British Airways were absolutely brilliant about it, quite sympathetic, and helped me to rebook a flight for the following day, so that I could still go out and join my family for our holiday, even if we got off to a belated (and extremely stressful) start.
Basically, it was A REAL TRAVEL NIGHTMARE that ended up unnecessarily costing us A LOT of money.
‘Quality Parking Heathrow’ were not available for comment. Their website is apparently down for “maintenance”. The ‘Compare Airport Parking Deals’ website did respond to our email of complaint, but completely washed their hands of all responsibility, saying “our role is exclusively that of a comparison website”. They seemed totally uninterested.
I would say, save yourselves the potentially horrifying stress of finding yourself in a similar situation, and do not book through ‘Compare Airport Parking Deals’, since they clearly do not do their due diligence about the service providers they list on their website, and do not appear to care that they are facilitating what appears to be a company of scammers and criminals. Given the number of people who seem to be having similar experiences on this comparison website, I would be very surprised if it were a coincidence.
And above all, please, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES use ‘QUALITY PARKING HEATHROW’ (aka ‘Quality Parking’) to book airport parking. Anything could happen. Don’t risk it - pay more to book through a reputable company, and stay safe.
Still waiting at the airport for our…
Still waiting at the airport for our car and hour later. The site seems legit and when I did a quick search on trust pilot, it seemed ok but was actually a different "compare airport parking deals" wondering if I should call the police to report the car stolen. Heard nothing from the number given and they don't pick up my calls.
‼️AVOID PLEASE, AVOID PLEASE‼️
We booked airport parking on 27 February through COMPARE PARKING DEALS, with the service operated by SUPER PARKING Ltd. Based on our experience, people considering Heathrow airport parking or meet-and-greet services should be aware of what happened.
On the day of departure we were told a driver’s car had broken down, causing delays. The situation worsened when their driver transferred us by car to the wrong terminal at Heathrow Airport Terminal 3 instead of Terminal 5. We had to rush across the airport with luggage and nearly missed our flight. No apology was offered.
Our return journey was extremely stressful. While we were in Dubai, the Iran–Israel conflict escalation 2026 disrupted flights across the region. After finally getting off an 8-hour flight from Dubai to Munich, we called the parking service the day before our return to inform them we would arrive one day later. We were told this had been noted and would not be a problem.
However, after landing at Heathrow on 6 March, when we called at 09:05 to arrange collection, a guy called ALI became agitated and confrontational, blamed us for the flight disruption, said he had “many customers,” and then hung up.
When we finally received our car back, we noticed several serious issues:
• Interior dirty with mud and debris
• Pound coins missing, paperwork and other items moved or thrown around
• Around 100 extra miles on the vehicle
• Fuel level significantly lower
• Strong smell of smoke and ash traces inside the car
• Steering alignment now feels incorrect, suggesting the vehicle may have been driven roughly or hit a curb
The condition of the vehicle strongly suggests it may have been used extensively while in their custody, beyond normal parking movements.
Because of these concerns, we have reported the matter to the police.
This review reflects our genuine experience.
Although COMPARE PARKING DEALS often states it is only a third-party agent, customers book and pay through their platform, so both COMPARE PARKING DEALS and SUPER PARKING Ltd should be accountable.
If you are considering Heathrow meet-and-greet parking or booking through COMPARE PARKING DEALS, we strongly recommend researching alternatives parking deals.
Scam company . Do not trust
1. It is not cost saving, you pay 16£ on top of the advetised fees as u pay for parking when u enter the car park and when u leave
2 it takes them more than an hour to get the car back to you when u land. You may as well park safely in long term car park and take a bus.
3. Its a scam company not trust worthy. Please use maple or some know company, These are charlatans.
Avoid
Avoid. Unauthorised use of my vehicle.
While I was on holiday, my car was used by the valet parking company without my consent to transport their own clients at Gatwick. This resulted in a parking charge being issued to me, despite the vehicle being in their custody at the time. Highly unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. I would not recommend using this company.
SCAM Company!
SCAM Company!
Unfortunately it's not possible to select no stars, or I would have.
No mention anywhere of an extra £20 Airport Levy until after you've booked.
I'd paid a cancellation fee, which I stupidly thought would give me free cancellation, but no! They still want to charge a £20 cancellation fee and of course the booking and cancellation fees themselves are non-refunable.
Even though I immediately tried to cancel, (you have to do this by email - no online cancellation) I'm £24 out of pocket for nothing!
I'll be challenging this through my credit card
Avoid at all costs!
Awful service
Awful service. I have been left waiting for collection for 45 mins, with promises of multiple call backs from driver to tell me where to meet him. Honestly, I would never use this company again. Left me and my family waiting in the cold for 70 mins with promised call backs from driver that never came. Terrible, don’t use is my best recommendation.
Do not use
Do not use, I booked the wrong date by accident and having read the terms and conditions s knew I was well within the timeframe to cancel. But I have tried to contact them multiple times - email, online form and phone call. No response, when I finally spoke to someone today they said they couldn’t help and to email in (again) as my emails hadn’t been received and then they will respond to the email within 72hrs and deduct £20 from me. Yeah !!!
Do not use
Do not use, I had to cancel my holiday, and having read the terms and conditions s knew I was well within the timeframe for getting g a refund, minus the £10 administration fee. But I have contacted them 5 times - email, online form and phone call. No response, when I spoke to someone they said they will respond to the email within 72 hours (it had already been a week), and still no reply.
Avoid
Unfortunately I forgot to use Trustpilot to check before booking. I read all the terms and conditions of their parking suppliers and chose a meet and greet service that did not state that it had additional charges to pay versus one that clearly stated there were additional charges. It’s only once I made the booking that they said that there were additional car park charges and now they want £20 for me to cancel. Definitely a scam company- avoid!
I always research but forgot on the…
I always research but forgot on the occasion- do not use! Staff are rude and hang up on you if issues not resolved. They also don’t remove your card details after booking has been completed like they state in their site. They also took money out of my account randomly- over £100. They said they will refund same day and we are now 10 days no refund and bank is getting involved. Unprofessional and rude and thieves.
