Ordered approx a dozen plants online and they are lovely, healthy specimens.

We've ordered from many online nurseries and the service, packaging and quality from Cowell's on this occasion (1st order) is excellent.

The delivery partner wasn't quite on schedule but the goods were so expertly packaged in comparison to those from many other nurseries that the plants are just fine.

Fantastic Garden Centre. Although I've never had the pleasure to physically visit, I've purchased a few times now via the website. Each time has been a flawless experience, recently made a purchase of a larger hydrangea specimen. Received via one day courier. Well packaged and a beautiful healthy shrub was received, I also think I got the last one which I was chuffed about as it was a Paniculata variety that I had my heart set on. Thank you Cowell's.

Absolutely outstanding online garden centre. Everything I have ordered has been great quality, healthy and as described on the website. All of my orders have been packed very well and they arrive in good condition to me in Hampshire. Staff are helpful on the phone too. Reluctant to use any other garden centres because Cowell’s are hard to beat.

First time using them this week. They had two plants that weren't on the usual garden centre website, one of which is a favourite of mine, the Parachute Plant. Order was placed on Tuesday, I think, and delivered today by DX Delivery. So, fast. The plants themselves were very healthy and just what I'd seen on the website, so very pleased indeed. Will definitely use them again

I’d been hunting around for 3 particular climbing roses that seemed to be out of stock everywhere except Cowells. I was a bit wary ordering plants I hadn’t seen or selected and I live the opposite end of the country from the store. I needn’t have worried at all. The roses arrived today extremely well packaged, full of blooms and amazingly healthy after their long journey. Delivery was within 48 hours of my online order too.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cowells and will certainly be ordering again from them in the near future.

My order of a giant scabious arrived quickly, beautifully and carefully packaged and a lovely healthy specimen. Much much better than the usual web purchase.

Just received my online order of 5 evergreen climbing hydrangea seemanni and couldn’t be happier. All five are lovely bushy healthy plants which were well packaged and recently watered. They arrived 2 days after ordering. Brilliant price compared to other online sites and delivery was only £6. Will definitely be buying more plants from Cowell’s Garden centre in future.

After reading other reviews i felt at ease ordering for the first time from this company. Quick delivery after the bank holiday. Healthy lilac bloomerang plant. Very pleased..Will be using again. Thank you

This is my second order from Cowell's. I previously purchased a Geranium Azure Rush which is superb.

All the plants are of the highest quality and are much larger than inferior suppliers. Super fast delivery too with amazing communication.

My advice based upon my experience? Don't take risks. Go straight to Cowell's.

My order from Cowells Garden Centre was an on line purchase for seed potatoes and no sooner had I placed the order when they were delivered. From the minute I placed the order I received update emails keeping me informed when the order was despatched and exactly when I should expect delivery. This garden centre certainly delivers expert service I only wish it was near where I live. Thank you

Ordered online (due to distance) just before Christmas, item arrived within 2 days. Then when emailed, to enquire about when restocking item, as I wished to re-ordered due to excellent service, I was telephoned to say although items listed as currently out of stock they had found 2 so if I wished to order over the phone they would arrange delivery on return to work in the new year on Jan 2nd.
Arrived today.... EXCELLENT SERVICE 💯%

An absolutely brilliant online garden centre. I am only sad I am too far away to visit.
They have a great selection of plants for all areas of your home and garden.
I have made several orders recently both for indoor and outdoor plants. All the plants were well packed and arrived safely and quickly to my door.
The plants were all in great condition and look lovely in my house and garden.
Also, the very helpful online team sorted out an addition to my order straightaway with no fuss.
Would highly recommend and I, for one, will keep on using this super Garden Centre.

Ordered a plant online which I was a bit worried about, but I needn’t have been - the plant was dispatched quickly, arrived within 24 hours and was packed well. It’s in fabulous condition and as good as if I’d been to a local garden centre and picked it myself.

I am always nervous buying plants mail order, but I needn't have worried. The plants were of the same high quality as I would have expected from a good local garden centre and at a very fair price. The packaging was done with extreme care, each individual plant was wrapped and then more padding to ensure that they were protected within the box: probably the best mail order plant packaging I've seen. The delivery was very prompt and I really couldn't have been more pleased.

Extremely fast delivery for quite a low price! I have used this company a lot to order plants, they have a great selection of the Proven winners Hydrangeas, probably the widest selection I’ve seen so far in the UK. The plants they grow themselves are good quality, I’ve ordered geraniums, nepetas grown by them and they have all done very well. If there is a problem with an order they address the issue very promptly.

Ordered from Cowells Garden Centre for the first time. Never heard of them before but they came upon Google when I was looking for a particular plant. Was surprised to receive my plants in 24 hours (other companies I have used take 7-10 days). Plants were well packed, well watered and good sized. If this is typical service from them then they will be my first call when looking for plants.
