My order arrived very promptly and the plants were very healthy. Unlike other plant sellers I’ve used the plants were extremely well packaged and arrived totally undamaged,, this will be my “go to” supplier from now on and I will be recommending them to family and friends.

I placed my first order with Cowell’s on Monday. The customer service was first class, the delivery very prompt (received my order 2 days after placing it) and the plants were packed extremely well and look very healthy. I have nothing but good things to say. No negatives at all.

I ordered some plants yesterday and they arrived around lunchtime today. Very good communication and healthy plants were well packaged to ensure no damage in transit. Well done 👏.

First time of using but will certainly use them again. Having had poor plants from two previous brand name nurseries, one a market leaderI was wary of trying one that was new to me. Cowell's however were the only one offering the plant I wanted in the size I required so I gave them a try. It turned out extremely well. Good web site, easy ordering, excellent communications from Cowell's and the courier and - best of all - lovely plants in perfect condition and well packed. All I could ask for.

Sadly flower buds broken in transit. Can improve on special robust package form this type of flowering beauty. Never mind, it will bloom again. :)

Have purchased a couple of times from Cowell's and have also contacted them about products on a number of occasions - have been very happy with all interactions. The plants arrive well packaged (recyclable material) and in good health. Would not hesitate in recommending them and would much rather buy from an independent than a chain and trust the quality we will receive

Brilliant service. Ordered plant on sunday afternoon online. Expecting not to have the order processed till Monday. Instead the plant was delivered to oxford on Monday. Great rare plant in perfect condition. Thankyou

Large , beautiful and clearly very healthy plant received less than 24 after order was placed. Exemplary packaging-far better than any other nursery or garden centre I’ve yet encountered-and had been watered for its journey. Perfect.

I took delivery of four plants.......two Skimmia Japonica 'Pabella' and two Skimmia Japonica 'Finchy'. I wasn't 'pestered' to leave a review (in fact I wasn't asked at all) but felt I had to, so have done it independently. These plants are fantastic and I am very pleased with them. So pleased, in fact, that I felt I had to tell others about my experience with Cowell's. My order arrived promptly and the plants were extremely well packed.....in fact, the best packaging I have ever experienced and I've ordered quite a few plants online over the years. I also have to commend the expertise of the people I spoke to (prior to buying) when I had a few questions about the plants I wanted to buy. The people I spoke to were so helpful and pointed me in the right direction (with a touch of humour, I should add) When the customer services operator couldn't answer my questions I was immediately transferred to someone who could. I will certainly be buying from Cowell's again! My plants are now outside my front door and look so 'Christmassy'.......many have commented on them. I know they will grow larger (hope) as time goes by but, for now they are a fantastic feature, sitting in their pots.....when I eventually plant them into my garden, I'm sure they will be just as gorgeous. Well done Cowell's.....at last I have found an online plant source that I can trust....Merry Christmas to all staff at Cowell's.....

Another brilliant orchid from this Garden Centre!I received an orchid yesterday,it was so fresh and healthy,I’m delighted with it.Well packed,arrived quickly,really reasonable delivery charges,next day delivery.I emailed them as I was concerned the orchid wouldn’t arrive the next day and they replied within the hour.Would really recommend this nursery.

They had all the plants I was looking for at a good price, the website easy to navigate with good clear information about the plants. I was given updates about my order and delivery. The plants came quickly and were very well packaged in sustainable packaging. The plants were very good quality and a good size. An all round pleasurable experience. Thanks.

Ordered 18 October, delivered lunchtime 20 October in a one hour window and well packed.

Just had a delivery from Cowells, the Co had been out of stock for a particular plant, i added my email to be informed. got an email the other day that the plants were back in stock, ordered them and a couple more.
arrived quickly and really well protected. the plants are in great condition with plenty of flower buds.
Nice note off one of the staff.

What a pleasant experience!!! I order online the plants arrive in perfect condition... the staff are amazing 👏 after having bad experiences with other online garden centres... I must say this is the best and I will certainly be back !! Thankyou to your employee who gave great advise and very polite.

Just received my first order of two beautiful lupins. They arrived quickly and are good sized, healthy looking plants at a decent price. I would definitely recommend Cowell’s Garden Centre and I am sure that I will make more purchases in the future.

Terrible experience took grandson to choose himself a swamp to look after and let him look and choose only to be tracked down in store by a member of staff whom verbally attacked us saying we had swapped sale items for non sale items swapped packaging around . This was totally disgusting to be accused not only did it upset me it upset my grandson . This totally spoilt his experience of selecting his own plant and if it wasn’t for the fact he would have been upset not to get the one he chose I would have left without purchasing a thing . I complained to the store and they said she accused us because they had had trouble in the store prior and staff were on edge about things like this . Well no excuse is valid for her unfounded abuse her attitude was disgusting not an example of customer service anyone should encounter. She totally ruined the whole experience for grandson and us be aware if you choose to visit the store you could be treat like this .I wouldn’t even give this one star it was well below but the option of no stars isn’t an option . Support local business and this is the customer service we got absolutely disgusting .

I was a little apprehensive to order from yet another online plant supplier but I needn't have worried, I ordered 5 x Lavender Intermedia Grosso. I was informed every step of the way to the delivery date.....they were beautiful specimens!
I will definitely buy from them again.

Just returned home with an excellent cherry tree which we are about to plant. I would like to say a very big thank you to Matthew for getting the tree into our car and his useful advice on planting.
