Awful experience
Terrible service. Ordered a cp company grey sweatshirt for £127, never arrived. Only proof of delivery is a parcel in the hand of the driver. No signature or anything even tho the parcel was meant to require a signature. Never recieved the parcel. Driver has obviously stolen it or left it somewhere ridiculous. Refusing to give me a refund or help me with a claim. Means I’m a sweatshirt down and £127 down. For a company that’s this big they have no interest in helping or assisting there customers in anyways possible. I love cp company but would rather buy off flannels or resellers. Would never trust using the main website ever again. Digesting service

Absolutely shocking customer service. I need to return items but can't and they haven't responded to 3 refund request forms, 2 emails and an instagram message. Luckily I paid via Klarna so have stopped the payments after their advice. I'll keep the items until they contact me as its worth a princely sum. In future I'll stuck to using End etc.

Absolute jokes
Absolute jokes. Take weeks to get back to you if you want a return. Provide you with a return form that you can't access unless you create an account. So you create your account, your order doesn't show up on it and it tells you to contact customer service. Back to square 1. Then, when you eventually access that return form and when you press "send", a "technical error can't complete your request" message shows up.
Also, a lot of people on here have reported sending goods back to CP Company and not receiving a refund.
That's not even mentioning that I bought an expensive Pro Tek jacket and that it showed up in a coardboard box WITHOUT any packaging.
The fact they don't reply to their Trustpilot reviews tells you how much they care about their customers.

I’d give a zero if I could! Ordered a polo shirt for my husband. It is faulty, the zip is mangled and won’t go down, can’t even try it on. Had to fill in their contact form to arrange return. They take about 4 days to respond then they just said they couldn’t see the photos and to send them again so I did. Then 4 more days pass and they ask what order am I talking about!!! The order that I wrote on the bloody contact form. Here we are 10 days on and I’m no further forward. I’m going on holiday tomorrow so had no choice but to order a replacement which said it would arrive in 2/3 days. Well we’re 5 days in and it’s not coming until next week!! Absolutely abysmal company

Would give 0 but not an option. Avoid shopping with this company. No way of contacting them other than email, unhelpful and lie. Asked to cancel an order and was told could not be cancelled due to being out for delivery a week late from date given as well as paying for delivery. Spoke to DHL who informed me they could recall the item but only iff it was done from them with a simple email. No longer a quality brand as is now sold in the actual Sports direct store.

Really bad support. The brand felt of a shirt and I wanted to return it but then they wanna charge me 13€ for the return. And it takes months to them to get back.

terrible attitude towards customers
I received the jacket quite quickly but it turned out to have many defects. I wrote about a return in January and received a response only in March and offered a refund or a promotional code for a 20% discount. I write to their support and they respond once every 4 days. I wrote them the last message a week ago. and still haven't received an answer, it's just terrible how they treat customers

I must second all the negative reviews here regarding their service. I ordered a jacket but it turned out to be too small due to weird size charts they use. The jacket is from the winter collection which vanished from their website in March so I can't just reorder a bigger size and return the one that I have. I contacted them regarding the issue and it took them two days to answer. They suggested to go through the return process but completely ignored my question how to order a bigger size given that the jacket disappeared from the website. I asked for this again and silence since then (4 days already).
Looks like for some reason C.P. Company doesn't care about their customers (doesn't want their money, literally) which is quite strange given that they pretend to be a "luxury" brand judging by their price tags. And luxury is largely about the appropriate
level of service, not just the quality.

PS. It looks like their business is operated by a third party called "Diana E-Commerce Corporation S.r.l." but this is a tiny excuse. The brand owners should definitely pay attention to how non-professional their customer service currently is.

I'll have more luck buying some thread and restitching all the buttons myself!! Disappointed and embarrassed that my boyfriend opened this and noticed straight away how poor the quality was as he's wanted a CP shirt for a long time :(

Ordered a jacket for my son on a Thursday. It arrived from Italy four days later on the Monday. Nicely presented. Unfortunately although my son loved it, it was too small. We followed their instructions to put the tracking receipt on the front of the box and returned it via DHL. We returned it on the Thursday and received an email a week later saying they had received it. We received the refund three days later. I was worried based on reviews but the process was fine for us.
