disgusting service
The product is actually like pretty decent, but oh my days, the service is the worst I have ever witnessed it’s absolutely hilarious no matter how many times you try to text him they won’t answer you and then when I return my item which I did for 20 days ago I still have not received my money even though they say that I will get it back in max 14 days
NEVER FROM HERE. IT IS SO BAD AND DISGUSTING.
PUTA WEBSITE
Second wear not a quality wear
Purchased a C P hoodie and first wash in a respectable washing machine ( Miele washing machine) as per wash instructions and top has lots of baubles and the waiste band elastic has the stretched look!! Not what I expect from a £235:00 hoodie …you pay top money for a top product you’d expect to look top quality time and time again but it simply doesn’t feel top quality on the second wear shameful and a regrettable sum on money spent
Shocking support
Shocking support, had to raise 2 separate cases to get a response and still no update weeks later. Will never purchase from them again.
Disastrous after-sales service
Disastrous after-sales service, more than a month and a half since I returned a jacket and I still have not received the money, always excuses
Poor Service / Quality
Following a recent purchase, my first CP Company Tracksuit, i tried on the bottoms to find the pocket had a hole in them. After reviewing the inside i noticed the overlocking stitch has been missed completely. After contacting customer services i received an automated message i would receive a reply within 1 days, (1 week 2 days later i am still awaiting a reply despite following up on my original message)! Wouldn’t recommend paying over £500 for a tracksuit to receive with poor quality and even less customer service. Extremely disappointed CP Company!
Very poor quality!! Don’t purchase from them.
Very poor quality and service! I ordered a CP Clothing hoodie for my son for Christmas. When he tried it on we found a floor whereby the threading had not been finished and had caused a hole. I only wanted an exchange but CP Clothing instead accused us of making a hole. Genuine person here, I don’t do that. Giving the company 1 as there is nothing less. I am stuck with a £185 hoodie with a defect that can’t be worn. Thanks a lot. Will NEVER purchase CP again, buyer beware!!
Worst customer service EVER
Worst customer service EVER. No return label in package, had to pay muself for return shipping ! CP doesn't confirm anything. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Crazy prices! Poor quality!
Crazy prices! Not worth a fraction of those prices and the quality is nowhere near what you would expect in that price range. Bought a sweatshirt and the dye bleached after just a few washes.
They never answer
They never answer - I bought an expensive polo and is loosing all the dye. Horrible quality and the service is never responding.
Badge fell out and will not go back in
Terrible returns process
I love CP Company but make sure you don’t have to return anything if ordering direct from the CP Company website. Everything is shipped from Italy and the same for returns. Their returns policy is complicated and unclear. I bought a jacket and returned it as instructed through DHL and it’s now been stopped at UK customs. CP are saying it’s not their problem!
the customer service is very friendly
the customer service is very friendly and helpful, not often experienced. I just think it's a pity that the brand is a bit pricey.
Returns are a pain
The clothes are well made and I really like them, but the return system is a mess and they don't respond. I had to return a garment and the return label that came with the shipment did NOT work. It was not correctly registered. The closest point for the return is 18km from my house and since there are only 14 days to make the return, I chose to send the package on my own and then claim the extra costs. I have written to them and they are not responsible for the problem, so instead of paying €13, which costs to return something, I will have to pay €22. That's a lot of money if something doesn't fit you right or isn't the color you expected. A pity.
Bad quality
Bad quality
Logo keeps falling off
Too expensive
DONT BUY THEIR CLOTHES
Shipping Fee charges
DHL bring all the parcels from Italy. Be aware shipping fee's are charged with this company to the Uk. Return's are impossible. Please bring CP back to UK or lose all your customers. Its a shambles guys.
Very good
Very good quality, nothing to say about the brand. Worth the price it costs
CP Company have sold out big time
CP Company have sold out big time.
I took my son in to Sports Direct to buy some goalie gloves, as it I know it will be a fad took him to the leaders in pile it high and sell it cheap.
Horror when walked in to see an area for CP Company clothing. I understand it’s Mike Ashley’s decision to stock it rather than keep it just in Flannels or Van Mildert. But surely CP can’t be happy having the brand devalued?
After 15 years of spending a grand or so a year on CP it’s now all going on eBay.
cp company is class
great customer service in store and good quality clothing for a fair price
