@cp_company_official I received 135…

@cp_company_official I received 135 pounds when I paid for the sweater 160. I got charged 25 pounds for a return, totally unacceptable, customer service did not even bother to respond to my complains, never-mind make up for them, never buying from them again.

Sizing awful/ Returns awful / Great clothing

Love CP company. Two main issues...

1) Gf ordered polo from Italy, awful awful awful and complicated returns process. £10 delivery, no exganges. Have to return at £15 cost to self and then reorder with another £10 delivery charge... bloody awful service. Will never order direct from cp company again. Sad as I love their items. Will stick to UK sellers.

2) Sizing awful. Why have to size up when you could just assign the sizes accurately versus other brands.

Rubbish company to deal with

Rubbish company to deal with. Didn’t have any return Labour in the box. So sent back on Royal Mail signed for delivery, and used address on their website. They’re now saying its my fault and there’s nothing they can do. Best off avoiding. Very very unhelpful!

Shocking company

This company is shocking. Customer service is none existent. My parcel arrived damaged with missing items and they could not care less. I will have to raise a dispute through my credit card company.

Never Again!!

Probably the worst company..ordered a top on 14th April and received it on 16th. The top was to small so I sent it back same day got a email saying it was returned and that the refund has been passed to the right people. 3 weeks later no refund so made a claim through PayPal as that's how I payed and today I get a response from CP via PayPal saying they will issue a part payment £65....when I paid £90 ....DONT THINK SO.. paypal have now refunded back the right ammount the fact they said iteam was sent back attached etc etc no problems ...I will NEVER use this company AGIAN

Shop rotten goods,awful customer service

Frustrated,angry and not happy with customer service at all.Purchase at your own risk with C.P.Company because despite the high price the goods are not premium but shop rotten
Garment going in holes weeks in,return to shop,told contact C.P.Company,do this and they say go back to shop.No I am not!It is not near me and customer service should sort this.
I would not recommend you buy this brand anymore,which is a shame as this is first purchase any issue has arisen with but will be the last.

Bought a 450€ cp company adidas track…

Bought a 450€ cp company adidas track top from cp company the badge on the top on there web page was clearly blue on a blue top when it arrived the badge was white !!! customer service is non existent they just fob you off with automated replies very angry be careful people they sell stuff they dont even have in stock then give you the run around after !!!!! i will never shop with them again
